My first visit to Tropical Smoothie was very positive. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie with Whey protein was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The 100% A rating for cleanliness was also good to see. Highly recommended and I plan to make a return visit.

They took a bite out of my cup so it would leak and hardly had any meat/eggs/cheese on the wrap. I do in person cash tip so I didn’t do an electronic tip so I am assuming this made them mad and they did this (regardless it is unacceptable) I won’t be going to this one again. The smoothie was also very watery so hopefully nothing else was done to it but it leaked everywhere because of it. The girl (I can give details to TSC of who she was) was rude and laughed as I left with my pick up order. I typically am very happy with this place (and am a frequent customer) but this time it was terrible and I’m highly disappointed.

Very TERRIBLE customer service. The smoothies are SUPER sweet. I tried to ask for refund and the district manger was extremely rude even though I only tasted the smoothie and it was disgusting. Waste of money!

Food is good, but got cold due to staffing shortage. It’s lunch hour and there is only one person in the shop. The experience would be a lot better for everyone waiting (there are 12 people waiting currently) if there is more than just one person making orders during lunch hour
