I don’t normally go to Starbucks as often as I do now, but lately it has become part of my routine. The coffee is good, the quick bites usually fit my diet, but the real reason I keep coming back is Jenn at the window. She brings great positive energy to every interaction and you can tell she genuinely cares. She has taken the time to learn my name, remember my order, and always greets me with a smile. That kind of consistency and warmth is rare, and it makes all the difference. Jenn is a gem and Starbucks is lucky to have her. If she gets a chance to read this, thank you for being you.

I went by today and used my free drink reward,
the barista in the drive-through was exceptional with her sweet service. She was super nice. I didn’t catch her name, but I noticed she was very pregnant and she told me she was due with a little girl. her sweet attitude was definitely a 10 out of 10. I wish I had cash on hand to leave her a big tip!

This location is very inconsistent in the quality of beverages they craft.The Baristas at this location are not professional and need some extra training on coffee preparation to bring them up to par with other locations in the area.When you order a Venti,you rarely get one that’s full.I do not recommend this location.

My wife and I drove in to Asheville for a wedding and got in around 12pm. Since we weren’t able to check in to our Airbnb until 4pm, we decided we would stop for a cup of coffee and try to knock out some homework assignments for our grad program. I want to say that this store was great; quiet & relaxed. The drinks were well made, it was a great spot for ehat we needed. For simply being a great store they deserve the review, but I’m writing this because of one person in particular. Emily was absolutely awesome. We were there for hours trying to get homework done and the entire time I watched her come out a serve drinks when she was free. She was so helpful and polite. If I lived here, I would be a regular just because of her. She completely deserves the recognition.

Its a Starbucks… luckily it wasn’t busy on the cold day and we got right through the drive thru. Its pretty much the same as every other Starbucks you’ve been to. Our local place was closed already for the day so this was our only choice
