I’m actually still sitting in the restaurant as I’m writing this review because I wanted to share our amazing experience right away. The food is delicious, well priced and excellent portions. The service is absolutely fantastic!!! Please don’t hesitate to eat here. You will be so happy you did.

I had such a great experience at The Mystery Restaurant! The food was fresh, flavourful, and honestly way better than I expected. We ordered a veggie pizza that came out perfectly golden with lots of toppings. The crust was soft and delicious. The white sauce pasta was creamy and comforting, and the toast on the side was perfectly crispy. The portion size was generous too.
For dessert, the brownie with ice cream was the highlight! Warm, fudgy brownie with cold vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle… absolutely amazing. We also tried the sundae with caramel and a cherry on top, which was a sweet finish.
The service was friendly, the food came fast, and the overall vibe was cozy. Definitely a great spot for a casual meal or a treat night. I’d totally come back!

l was travelling from toronto to Sault Sue and was looking for restaurants near me from which I was able to find Mystery Restaurant and I was glad that reviews guided me to the right restaurant the food, ambience and service everything was top notch. We had our Christmas eve dinner there when we arrived in Sault Ste Marie from Thunder Bay. Even though the restaurant was closed by the time when we reached there but the owner , Amrit Sir , was so generous to open it for me and my family. I am really thankful for this beautiful gesture .
Food: We ordered grilled salmon and butter chicken and garlic bread and all the dishes were so so rich, flavourful and delicious. The dessert with brownies and ice-cream was so good as well.
Service: The server, Manraj was so polite and just the best in town. Evdn the cook reached out to us to ensure that we were rightly fed.
All in all, a truly 5 star dining experience. I will definitely be back every time I am back in town.

We were searching for places open today on Christmas and saw that the Mystery was open so we decided on trying there. We were the only diners when we got there so they went above and beyond for my kid. They put youtube on for her and let her order off the breakfast menu. My kid basically only eats breakfast, she loves it and prefers to eat pancakes 365 days of the year lol. So she was in heaven. While we were eating I noticed about 10-15 people come in the door, the owner walking over and giving out take out containers. They were free dinners for people who needed them. This warmed my heart.
The food was good but the service was top notch. We will be back!
My daughter who is 8 wanted to give them an extra tip and tell them “they are 5 stars and their food was delicious ” but was too shy, only gave her tip to them lol.

tried a veggie omelette at a mystery restaurant, not knowing what to expect. The omelette was fluffy and well-cooked, packed with fresh vegetables, and nicely seasoned. It was light yet satisfying, making it a great choice for a quick meal.

We ordered burgers here for the first time. We ordered takeout and I have never been more disappointed.
My fries came burnt and my burger was burnt and falling apart? We had to slather it all in ketchup to mask the flavor. I would not recommend this place for takeout. Seems from the other reviews their dining in is a great experience but this was a big no from me.
Edit: The restaurant called and apologized for the food and offered a new burger and fries. They were very polite and apologetic.

Fantastic meal! I had a hot hamburger!! It wasnt on the menu so I asked if they could make me one.. and they did!!!

The food was delicious, the place is clean and our food came with a nice presentation for only breakfast.
The breakfast burrito here can give other breakfast establishments a solid run for their money.
Coffee was rich, compared to other places where the coffee is not as strong.
The waitress was kind and attentive.
We will be back to try other dishes on their menu. But this might be our new breakfast spot! 🙂
