Just a hot and a skip from First st. If you’re looking for a downtown bar that serves local and import beer on tap, this is the place for you. Get away from the wines for a little bit and come chill with billards and darts. The bartenders are cool, the beer is cold and the prices decent with a good happy hour. Billco’s is a chill place to just hang out. We didn’t eat, we just had drinks and the vibe was absolutely just chill. 100% recommend.

My first time, pricey to play don’t linger cuz you’re not paying per game. Hourly rate per player ten bucks an hour. I will say this is a clean establishment and the regulars were friendly. I would definitely return. Did not eat or have drinks. Appreciated the water available and the sound system. Fun time at Billco’s playing pool. Thank you.

The big large guy and the gal with red hair are extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never visit this establishment again. Waited over 20 minutes to get served a drink as they we busy complaining to each other.

Billcos is probably the best bar in napa city limits. It’s more of a pool hall but they have steel darts NOT Redarts (safe plastic tips so redarted people can’t hurt themselves).
Lots of beer on tap ( more than 60) however they ironically fall short on beer selection, not a single coors, Miller, or bud on draft ( hence the 3/5 food rating). You can not talk about variety if you do not offer at least one domestic beerIMO. As such, every beer is fairly expensive, $8 and up for a pint. Not every beer in a pool hall, needs to be a premium.
Also ambiance is good, but bar stools have no back rest ( hence 4/5) . Never give your customer a reason to get up. Seating is somewhat uncomfortable.
Overall one of the better places in Napa City Limits. It’s a should see, for males out on the town, not a must see while visiting Napa.

Not a bad place, had a LOT of different beers. I question the wisdom of having dart boards right between the entrance and bathroom hallways. People throwing darts get annoyed by those coming in, people coming in have to deal with a crowd of others playing darts. The service was good, quick and attendant at least! I didnt love the vibe inside, but there wasn’t really anything wrong with it.

Red head bartender incredibly rude. She ignores customers, is not friendly at all. There will be literally nobody in the place and she walks around, doing other things pretending like you’re not even there. I think the place would be much better without her. Definite potential but seriously, lose the mood killer behind the bar.

It is a good place with an atmosphere but the only problem is its jukebox. There is a moment when it steals your money and never plays the song you chose. It forces you to pay more for your song. Play it quickly and you lose your money.

They say first come first serve, but really it’s first follow first come. You have to follow someone to the bar with their balls to get the table. It has nothing to do with who was waiting first.
