This is one of the best Pizza Huts I’ve ever got delivery from and I’ve been all over the Midwest. Correct order delivered and plenty of toppings. Also they notice I’m at a hotel and include paper plates, napkins, and some cheese and pepper flake packets.

But, I wanted to comment on staff…
Tonight I had scheduled a pick up order but, unfortunately my car broke down so I was unable to pick it up. I called them to ask if I could switch delivery and pay with a card and they did it quickly with no questions asked. Instead of acting annoyed, they were more then happy to help. Thank you for being kind! 🙂

Ok service but i go for the food anyway. Love going on Saturday evening when they have the buffet. This is one of the best pizza hut buffets I’ve been to. I’m not saying i go to a lot maybe like 6 different pizza hut buffets in a year but sometimes there is just way too much yummy pizza varieties to feed my fat face.

Older women at driveup to pickup my carryout was super kind, very smiley, helpful and read my order back to confirm. Pizza was cooked well. Had super good service. Even person on phone taking an order acknowledged me. I would recommend this Monroe Pizza Hut.

I use to work at Monroe Pizza Hut when Jeff ran it. I don’t know what is going on with it in the last 10-15 year’s, but the service and product quality suck!! I haven’t had a good experience there in a long time. I was craving it last night so I thought I’d give it a try again. Big mistake! The pizza was cold and all the toppings were on the top. There was no cheese on top at all to cover the toppings. So when you eat it everything fall’s off! For the price you pay for it the least they could do is make it right and have it here when it’s still semi hot! The last 5 plus times I’ve had anything from there has been very disappointing. I’m sure it will be quite sometime before I order food again.

I called in an order for pick up. When I got to Pizza Hut, the person who took the order overcharged me by adding in a delivery charge of $3.50. Finally got that changed. Next, I received my pepperoni calzone and garlic cheese knots/bread. Checked before leaving. Every thing was old/hard. This wasn’t a good visit.
