Quite happy with this place, it’s pricey enough but the food is good and the service is excellent. The breakfast sausages which are chicken were particularly tasty. The Apple compote stuffed French toast was also really good. Overall, I would recommend if you’re staying in the hotel, We went a couple of times. It’s quite convenient and in terms of overall taste versus cost considering it’s Las Vegas, it’s not bad. Based on what I saw on the menu, they also have bottomless mimosas some days so seems like a pretty good deal.

This place has an excellent breakfast/brunch menu. Nice, open and airy atmosphere with great people watching. And the food was delicious!
We had a mimosa and bellini and then breakfast sandwich – which was served on yummy brioche bun with cheese and bacon and/or ham. Other dish was Primrose omelet with bacon ham and cheese. Both had delicious potatoes with a Parmesan crust that was very unique. And the side toast with jam was extremely good!
Highly recommend this place. Looks like they have good items on menu for lunch so will have to try next time.

Loved the shrimp and grits here, super flavorful with the candied bacon. The apple french toast was okay, I think it’s because I’m a apple pie crust person and not as much a bread person I wish there was more crumble crust. But also it’s a french toast so what did I expect.
Edit
I came back over the weekend for their prefix afternoon tea menu which was really cute and tasty! The crab cakes were good but my favorite by far was the scone and strawberry jam that came with the afternoon tea tower.

Me and my sister had breakfast here. Anytime im in Vegas I like to come to this restaurant. Food is always excellent and service was great. Atmosphere is very relax and chill. I had the shrimp and grits and my sister had the oatmeal. We order the bakery basket to share. Everything was great.

Food was phenomenal. I had the lobster benedict and he had the classic breakfast
All the food was wonderful! Our server, Jesse was very polite and kind. Our food did take a very long time to come out, but the atmosphere outside was so chill, we didn’t mind the wait.

Breakfast at the Primrose was a delightful experience!! Rashad and Jenci took wonderful care of us and the overall service was old-school impeccable, with a good side of humor to boot. The pastry basket was delicious and their homemade jam was absolutely divine. My sister and parents also ordered the classic breakfast and the seasonal French toast (apple). The bourbon caramel was perfect. I ordered the orange juice and it felt fresh and sweet. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Vegas!
TLDR; excellent food, beyond friendly and helpful staff, and a personable ambience.

Love that they have a separate vegan menu. We loved the vegan French toast and the vegan cake! Both excellent! The vegan french toast was freshly made and very reasonably priced. The orange juice didn’t taste very fresh though. Highly recommend reservation in advance and they took the f&b credits! The decor was French bistro like and lovely. Loved the ambiance.

Great restaurant at Park MGM. Make a reservation in advance. Everything about Park MGM is great due to it being smoke free. Primrose’s atmosphere is very green and open.. the prices make sense for a Vegas restaurant. Coffee and service and great. What fell short was the chicken and waffles I ordered. For the price, I’d expect fried chicken that was crispy or at least not incredibly as dry as it was. Other than the chicken being so dry I had to drink water with every bite, I’d return… just not get the chicken.

So, I know this is Vegas and all and the bar is kind of high, but that Mediterranean plate was the best-tasting assortment of various healthy items I have *ever* had. I went with a group of four and each of them stated some piece of their breakfast was the best version of that item they have ever eaten, which to me was astounding. Seriously, tho; even their plain tomatoes packed intense flavor.
The atmosphere is unique and cozy, full of various style of comfy chairs and decorated with assorted knick-knacks and art. The view is pretty expansive, either to the guest lobby or outside park area, both of which are entertaining. I didn’t get the feeling of being watched, regardless.
The service was friendly and quick, considering the number of folks dining there. I had no complaints and hope to return soon.

This is a great place for brunch! I highly suggest you get reservations since it gets quite busy. I ordered a beautiful and delicious cocktail which’s name I can’t remember. I had a bagel with salmon, which was very delicious and good portioned. But the winning piece was the apple French toast. Ordered that as a dessert. It was absolutely delicious. Staff is very attentive and service is very fast, considering how busy this place is. Definitely a must visit next time I’m in Vegas.
