This location WAS my favorite including the staff. They have new personnel that take their serving sizes seriously instead of making customers happy. My husband and I have questioned the employees serving our bowl if they were paying for our meal because when we say double protein that thing is literally being weighed on the spoon. Imagine $5 for extra meat only to have 5 more peices scooped in your bowl. RIDICULOUS. It’s not worth over 10 bucks anymore, I’m so disappointed how low Chipotle has gotten throughout the years. I’m still hungry after a bowl from here and that NEVER EVER happened in the past. PLZ GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!
White girl with glasses had an attitude last time. She ALMOST charged us triple just because I mentioned her scoops were very small in portion. Please don’t hire employees like that if you want customers to keep coming. I’ve been a loyal customer since this location opened and customer service has always been great until the new ones started.

Scott thank you for attempting to helo but please see new picture of chipotle customer service declining to help. Even Chipotle customer service, is so unprofessional. Waste of time, it’s so frustrating. I will happily just take my money elsewhere.

I’m really tired of going here and always finding hardly anything in the containers and everything looks like it’s been sitting there for hours. Again the customers are paying so much money for food they expect to go in and get fresh yummy food. Please do better because without us there is no you.

Usually this place is my go-to but something changed today. They got way too skimpy on the serving, so much so that I am disgusted with this location. I usually get the steak bowl with extra veggies. I literally had to ask again for more veggies because it wasn’t even a full serving. They put so little steak in there that MAYBE every fourth bite I might have had a small piece of meat. Check out the picture. Since when have you seen a bowl level with the plate? You can literally hear the manager telling the employees their scoops need to be smaller. Smaller?? Are you kidding me? I’m just sad because now I have to figure out how to make these myself.

I’m a huge fan of the Chipotle franchise so it no surprise I give this location a good review, nevertheless this is actually one of the best Chipotle locations in the area. From my many many visits here, the workers have always been friendly and give quite hefty portions. I recommend ordering a burrito, burrito bowl, or quesadilla(mobile order only) if it is your first visit to one of the franchise’ store fronts. I hope they continue the great service and larger portion sizes here

I enjoyed the food and the staff were quite friendly when I was trying something new. The atmosphere has lots of natural light which is very important for a dine in experience. The location is also perfectly at a corner however there is limited parking.

While the food tasted fine, the place was dirty. The tables weren’t wiped down, the line wasn’t wiped down. I worked at Chipotle during all of the hoop-la re noro virus… That they’re not keeping the place clean is pretty jacked! Photos below show there wasn’t even any soap in the soap dispenser… Which sits right below the sign, attached to the wall, telling employees they need to wash before returning to work … And there isn’t even a container for seat covers, which is violating a health ordinance… I’ll never go here again…

Did an online order, bro they literally gave me 7 tiny pieces of chicken. It’s like they gave me the scraps from whatever they had left for the chicken. It’s straight sour cream, cheese, lettuce and rice. This is all the meat I could find out of my bowl and if you need a video of me digging for the meat let me know. I took one bite and was wondering what it tasted like just sauce and rice.

There was a chicken bone in my food. I was sharing the bowl with my daughter and had this ended up in one of the bites she took it could have been really bad. At least it was me that got stabbed the mouth and not my toddler.

Honestly the worst portions I’ve ever seen at a chipotle. Half scoops of everything and when it’s done the bowl is only half full. What a joke. Definitely won’t be going to this location ever again
