Do not order delivery from this place, food showed up almost 20 min late no driver notice of who was coming or where they were, or what kind of car. Driver had no warmer bag so food was cold as hell, pizza hut said I should call Doordarsh when it’s pizza huts platform that uses the 3rd party delivery so why can’t they call them? Dominos is the go to, they actually have their own drivers.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 915pm and the driver texted me at 950pm saying that it was going to take 30 more minutes. In the website it said ” 35 to 45 ” minutes away. I love Pizza Hut in Los Angeles but this store on Alessandro, ain’t the one, wings came out looking like dry chicken nuggets with minimal sauce. When I buy them in LA, the wings are dripping in the sauce and here it’s just like a chicken nuggets drizzled.. pizza wasn’t even cut properly smh

Horrible customer service I went in there. I ordered a pizza I was on time. I asked if they could have her ready by 8:45. I walked in there at 8:35. He goes slam my pizza on the counter. I have old wings old pizza at that point I just asked for a refund he lied and said we don’t do refunds. He was very rude and obnoxious. And I go there all the time I’ve been going to this pizza spot for years and never had a problem. I refuse to give them a penny of my money, and I will make sure make sure that I will not stop until my voice is heard the rudeness in that pizza place and he said they don’t give out refunds but they have no signs saying that they don’t give out refund. Did he lied and said he don’t know how to do refund I’m uploading pictures no sign that say no refund.

Pizza delivered with nothing on it. Manager went back and forth with me about the pizza. I had to ask for a resoultion. The pizza was so hard like a potato chip. Im disgusted. Alfredo wouldnt give me a refund but said someone can deliver the pizza in 3 hours. Manager sound like he really didnt care I was unsatisfied with the pizza as I did not order it that way! I wont be going to this location ever again dont waste your time! Go somewhere else!!!!!!

You know it costs nothing to be kind to people and when I walked I to this pizza hut that’s exactly what I experienced. I had the week from hell and did not feel like cooking, so I ordered pizza.
When I walked in the young lady said “hey how are you” “here for pick up?” She smiled at me and her tone was so very pleasant. If I’m honest she made me forget about my week from hell even if only for that moment and I really appreciated it. She has no idea what her sweet disposition did for my spirit. I pray that God blesses her tremendously simply for being kind.
My total was 18 dollars and some change and I gave her a 20 and said have a good day. She looked up with big eyes and said “thank you so much.” Even if she thought my tip was chump change she didn’t make me feel bad for what I was able to give….AGAIN I appreciate her for that. I walked back in and gave her a few more bucks…just because.

I have gone in there as DoorDash employee and also a customer picking up an order personally. I’ve always dealt with the girl that has black and blonde hair. She is always so rude and disrespectful not just to me but to other customers and employees it makes me not want to go there anymore and it makes me feel so badly for her employees too. I’ve heard her talk to her employees and it’s revolting on how she is still an employee. But I always have a pleasure of dealing with One girl I do not know her name. I think it starts with an A, but she has dark hair with blue in it. she has a skull tattoo on her arm. She always is awesome about getting my order out on time both as a DoorDash and a customer. she always is respectful.

Worst customer service. Terrible service from the cashier. I went on Friday, October 11 at 8:50 p.m. The person in charge is a Hispanic woman. In a bad mood, she charged me $70 for a pizza and got angry because I ordered some wings. When I paid with a hundred dollar bill, she said she didn’t have change. I don’t recommend that place.
