If you’re passing through Fort Stockton or live nearby, I definitely recommend stopping in. Great comfort food and great service.

10/10 cannot recommend the Fort Stockton location enough! Paul, Sarah, and Isiah were lovely, sending us off with our very own Bush’s Chicken accoutrements. Great stop when passing through especially if you’re going to Big Bend!

I’ve loved Bush’s Chicken for years, but this Fort Stockton location completely missed the mark. My chicken was over-salted, overcooked, and covered in brown spots. Even the gizzards were off — half raw, half bricks. Mac and cheese? No flavor.
Spent $20 and couldn’t eat it. This store needs serious retraining because this is not the Bush’s Chicken I grew up bragging about.

This is the best fried chicken experience I’ve had. Drove 8 hours just to stop at this specific location. The food was amazing, the people were great.
