We’ve lived down the street from La Cascia’s for 2.5 years and it’s been a staple in our lives ever since! Great service & great food. Our favorites are the Chicken Bacon Ranch (pictured) and the Chicken Di Parma. Can’t go wrong ordering anything with a chicken cutlet. Sandwiches are plenty big enough for my husband & I to split and both be full. Would eat one for lunch every day if we could!

We love this neighborhood delicious and bakery. They have the best sandwiches ever.
Whenever we fly into Boston, we make a beeline over to this bakery for pastries and sandwiches.
Even for us vegetarians they can make a great vegetarian sandwich.
We have tried most of the pastries and all have been great. I love the Whoopie pies and raspberry bowtie cookies and the rainbow cookies.
However, the turnovers and brownies are equally as good.
The fresh baked breads are delicious and the sandwiches with all the veggies are always fresh and flavorful.
The employees are always friendly and personable.
I’m already missing them.

Their pastries are wicked good!!! Wow so far their best is the Pistachio macaroons but everything is delicious! The staff is so nice and welcoming! Definitely the spot to go to!

I’ve been going to LsCascia’s for 35 years. The marinated steak tip and red chicken tip are just a couple my favorites. The employees are fantastic, personable, and will make sure you’re very well taken care of. I was just in there about 10 minutes ago with my husband getting two red chicken tip. Thank you for the many years of wonderful service and food/ pastries. I’ve been going there with my husband for the past 23 years, and we will be back!

Staff was very helpful,I didn’t know how to order with grub hub,or the other food delivery services online. I was used to just calling in , giving my order and card number, then wait for delivery. He said that their delivery system has changed,but he took the order and the time to order it for me on grub hub. It was greatly appreciated, and the food was delicious,as it’s been since I first visited laCasias. Over 30 years ago.

Always love La Cascia’s food! Their tray of pizza, fresh cold cuts, arancini and especially the bakery items are always delicious. I’ve never caught them on a bad day. Compared to other overrated and overpriced places in Medford, La Cascias can’t be beat! Everyone in there are so friendly and it’s got a nostalgic atmosphere.

We used LaCascias to cater my daughter’s Confirmation. The food was amazing! We had steak tips, rice ,Caesar salad and grilled vegetables. The gentleman that delivered the food set everything up for us in chafing dishes. I did not have to worry about a thing. He was so kind as well. In Coco’s World, there is SERIOUS love in every bite of of this chicken parm sandwich. We were told that this is the place to go and it is true. It’s right on Main Street. Easy parking. Staff that is ready to take your order, and, happily answer any questions about their food. They make the sandwiches right in front of you. There’s full cases of desserts. Carrot cake looks amazing! So the sandwich…. the aroma of the sauce when I unwrapped the sandwich…… smelled like fresh tomatoes. Chicken was so perfectly fried. Huge chunks of crispy chicken. Easily a meal for two. The bread was a freshly made sub roll. Gus Benavides and I couldn’t finish it. Do not overthink it….Order it as is. Simply a great sandwich!! I am telling you, it’s worth the trip to Medford!

The best Sicilian slices ever and they only charge about two dollars a slice. The fresh bakery cookies are delicious. Everything is so good and the people that work there are sweethearts!

The quality and cleanliness of this establishment are on another level but what really sets it apart is the experience from Edgar and his team. Even if you take a look at a bulk of the reviews, you’ll see that the attitude cultivated here is one of neighborhood kindness and heritage for the baked goods that have been served here for over 90 years.
