Walked in without a reservation but the staff was kind enough to let us dine in despite having several reservations lined up. Such a great first impression! First time here and it absolutely did not disappoint. Unlike many Asian restaurants in the area that cater to an American palate, this place stayed true to their bold authentic flavors. The red curry was Asian spicy and layered beautifully with sweet, sour, and tangy flavors from the lime, fish sauce, and coconut milk. Everything was perfectly balanced and insanely flavorful.
The sushi was just as impressive. We ordered the sushi platter with a spicy salmon roll, and the spice on that roll was not playing!
The fried calamari was perfectly cooked. Crispy, light, and super satisfying. As for the crispy pork belly, it was a more classic preparation with greens, garlic, and oyster sauce. Nothing fancy, but simple and perfect if you’re craving something lighter.
Overall, the flavors really blew me away, and I’ll definitely be back!

Drunken noodles were booomb! The beef was so tender and juicy!
House salad was a little too gingery for my taste, but it was still very fresh!
Even though I made a reservation for a table, it took a while to be seated, then about 20 minutes for someone to take our order. They also took the order of a table that sat after us first. I think small improvements to address this would go a long way!

Just went there for my daughter’s sweet 16. Hadn’t been there in a really long time- we don’t go out as much as we used to back in the day. Our server was very kind, gave us just the right amount of attention. Food was delicious, well presented and unique. We had 3 big specialty rolls, including the lava roll w hot Cheetos on top, yummmm; a spicy tuna and a few other things. It was all very beautiful , fresh and tasty. We didn’t have any nagiri or sashimi but the bluefin that was in a few of the rolls was delicate and perfect. I’d prob recommend a reservation, it’s small, not sure how much walk in is possible. There was music that you could hear, but not overwhelming or loud. 5 stars for sure.

Lucky me I noticed they were open for lunch when I was nearby and got to try the new lunch menu. The clay pot chicken was delicious and warm and bright. The hot tea stayed hot my whole meal, they must’ve warmed the mug up well. Fast attentive service.

Visited Sunday 2/8. Everything was delicious. Great, friendly service. We got the green curry w/ chicken, pad thai w/ shrimp, steak laab, and sushi platter, plus a couple happy hour apps (5-6:30pm weeknights) and coffees to-go for Monday morning. Would order any and all dishes again. Looking forward to coming back for lunch sometime soon! Love having a sushi spot in the neighborhood.

Definitely will be going back! We got the Drunken noodles with the regular noodles not the wide, with pork. Which was amazing, the fresh basil in it gave it a great pop of flavor! I will definitely be getting that again next time. We also got 2 sushi rolls the spicy tuna roll and a French kiss roll. Both were very good, they complimented each other. Since the tuna sushi roll had a good amount of heat and the French kiss roll did not have as much heat. (:

We came here on a Friday night without reservations and planned to come early around 530 and they were actually busy. The staff were so friendly and let us know that they had reservations and there would be time to come back around 7. So she recommended some bars nearby. We quickly were called back and got seated. It had a small dining room but service is quick. We got edamame, also style papaya salad (5 spice level, the highest), a sushi roll (I think dynamite, I forgot), and a red curry with chicken that came with rice. It was all really good and more than enough for 2 people. We had enough to take home. They had a wide selection. There’s a parking lot next to the building and some street parking.

My husband and I come here almost every year in August to SPLURGE! All the dishes we’ve had are superb. We have never left unsatisfied. Our most recent visit was just a couple days ago. We had the Bagu platter, eel nigiri, scallop nigiri, chutoro sashimi, pork egg rolls. I must be getting old because the Bagu platter was more than enough food for the two of us. All of the raw fish was melt in your mouth yummy. The egg rolls were crispy and delicious. We also got outdoor seating in the patio, nice atmosphere. P.S. GET THE FRESH WASABI!! Sweet and light.

If you have low expectations, then this is a place for you! I ordered take out. Walked in. The sign said to wait. Stood there for 5 minutes. Nobody came. Walked by the counter where the sushi chef was working and chatting with a patron at the counter. He clearly saw me waiting, but completely ignored my presence – as if I wasn’t there. The food was “OK”, nothing to right home about, a bit overpriced for what it is. I had better at other places for same price point. The service is mediocre at best. I won’t me coming back there again. Interior was brightly lit as if the bar was closing. Not a welcoming or cozy place.
