Just a normal Five Guys, which is a compliment. Person at register was nice, repeated our orders back to us, and was overall cordial. Food was good. One small caveat, however, is that they were in the middle of a minor rush, and they got our milkshake out late only after we brought the receipt and asked about it. That’s just nitpicking, though. My girlfriend enjoyed the milkshake, so I’ll cut them slack for that. Overall, I give them four stars, especially since the food came out quick for what I could call “moderate speed” food. Even so, there’s nothing *outstanding* about this location, especially for a chain with so many locations. There’s nothing that separates this location from other locations that would make me go to this one over others, but I rarely go to Five Guys as is due to the way prices have risen over the years. Also, I tend to only give five stars to locations that leave such an impression on me that I won’t forget it exists in a week. Either way, well done. I wouldn’t mind coming back. 🙂

All the staff worked great together and all were welcoming. The Manager Kelly was a great hands on leader. The restrooms were well taken care of.

Tried ordering online and I kept getting an error. If it were just me, no way would I buy anything after that. WHY HAVE THE OPTION TO ORDER ONLINE IF IT DOESN’T WORK?!?! Is the goal make people angry and waste their time? Mission accomplished.

Good 5 guys location, never had any problems with the orders here and the place is always well kept. As usual , five guys burgers are the bomb! Always fresh, and made to your specs, add some cajun fries with that…… cant go wrong.

Great food, great service. My only complaint is that they don’t cook your fries until you actually walk in to pick up your food. Even though the app let’s you tell them when you’re there, they don’t fix your fries until they actually see you. I’d prefer that the food is already ready when I walk in.

We ordered door dash delivery from here tonight. When I say there should never be that amount of ketchup on a burger, wow. It was almost inedible, bun was so soggy. Very disappointing tonight.

The food and the service were both excellent. We ate outside because the music in the restaurant was too loud to talk. The music at the outdoor seating was also loud but not deafening like it was in the store.
