Pre-ordered for the superbowl through the wings over portal and never received any food. Did everyone just rage quit ??(which is fair if they did). I planned for delays but your management team should be better prepared. Very unprofessional in 2026. Now I have to dispute the credit card charge since you couldn’t perform your core business enterprise: frying chicken and delivering fried chicken to the customer. Such a shame since the chicken is good. This is where I’d put my fried chicken if I had any.

The gentleman there is very polite warming and welcoming unfortunately that was immediately negated by the rudest most dismissive lady that I just met for the first time in my life. Gave me attitude and judged me outside and continued the behavior inside. I asked about a special I did not qualify for and she let me know which was fine and when I was going to give my Second pic I noticed she was already walking away as if I wasn’t there no matter what. I have never met this woman in my life. All I did was say hi to her outside. She looked at me like I was her enemy for what reason I could not imagine. I wish a child of are there as I’ve heard great things and came specifically to try it out and I was not planning on leaving until doing so, unfortunately I felt so unwelcome I didnt feel comfortable receiving anything from a person that could disregard me and judge me that I’ve never met in my life. I will now never try the wings I heard so many good things about at least not from this location and I’m absolutely not going out of my way to find another one. Thanks lady, next time don’t assume someone doesn’t have money and maybe if you don’t like your job or customers, consider changing? Because I was extremely polite through it all. I really hope you’re not the manager. Thank you sir for being a gentleman, and I’m sorry if you have to make yourself small for such a person who wears their emotions on their shoulders whom again they have never met before. Ordered the tender basket with fries. Two hours later I became sick with odvious food poising causing me to miss a entire weekend of work. I contacted their social media team and they couldn’t care less. I then contacted corporate and have heard nothing. I will never spend another cent of my money at this wretched corporate “eatery”. As someone that works in hospitality as a chef I am ashamed these places exist. Go to actual hell.

We were fortunate to have come across this place since we were super hungry, and this was the only spot open close-by on our night walk. The wait time was a bit long but it was warranted considering the time and the number of orders they had, as well as the two staff that ran everything at the time. I kind of felt bad since they seemed stressed out but they pulled through.
We got the wraps and some chips, and it honestly hit hard. The chips were shockingly good, and the wrap was good hut nothing exceptional. It was a little bit lacking in terms of content but it was still very satisfying. Great late night joint!!

Watch out! They may steal your money! I recently ordered a delivery order from this wings over, and I even scheduled it 10 hours in advance of when I wanted it delivered. Unfortunately they just never delivered the food, never contacted me, and never picked up the phone when I called. Don’t order here, they may just rob you! Admittedly I was eventually able to get a refund from the corporate office, but I got completely scammed.

I came in at 8:10 pm. I was calling out ‘hello, hello,’ but no one responded. After waiting for about 4 minutes, I finally decided to call by phone, and then someone answered. The staff seemed very distracted and even called me by the wrong name. They left the counter unattended and sold me the wrong spicy wings. Very poor service — I don’t think the staff is working as they should.

Got delivery I used to order from this place all the time, I always get two wing flavors and they have always been sent in a larger box in two separate wing baskets in the same box, now they are sent in the same basket in a smaller box with a very thin sheet of paper between them, these are saucy wings and the sauces mix all over each other, there’s a spicy sauce all over the golden bbq, I’ve ordered two times and it’s consistently been something they are now doing, flavors are literally a mess, I give up at this point

Ordered wings for the Super Bowl for delivery. Hours went by past my delivery time, and I never received anything. No phone call, no email, no food, no contact. Totally understand that its a crazy day and that things get backed up, but at least let us know so we can make alternative plans for food.
