Recently dined at Pho Saigon and Bar and overall had a good experience. The quality of the food was solid, the broth was flavorful, the meats were tender, and everything tasted fresh.
My only small critique is that some dishes seemed to have a bit too much MSG, as I felt slightly thirsty afterward. That said, the flavors were still enjoyable and well-balanced otherwise.
If you’re looking to grab Vietnamese food, this place is definitely worth checking out.

4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨Full flavored deep broth! Pho here has a beautiful broth. Get the Pho 29 or the 32. And the staff recommended the Vietnamese wings – delicious – get them. For a flavorful dish get another staff fav the 47 rice based fried pork steak with a homemade sausage topped with crisp fried eggs and garlic/green onions! Eat by putting all components on a spoon at one time with the sauce!

I’ve had pho hundreds of times in my life, but this place was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever tried. I got the oxtail stone pot pho, it was phenomenal. The butter roasted wings,quail, and sausage spring rolls were amazing as well. Will be back as a regular, and with friends!

Pho was flavorful and delicious, staff was friendly and approachable, atmosphere is homey and relaxed! Overall really clean and super tasty, will definitely be coming back!!!

The food was fantastic. We had the Pho and the Bo kho with bread. These both tasted true to the authentic Vietnamese preparations. The bread was amazing. Small details, like sorting the bean sprouts by freshness we had to do, but it was no problem. The beef was excellent, the taste of the soup was light and not too salty. Noodles were a bit too soft, but overall amazing experience.
Cleanliness of the bathroom was not great.

This place is top tier! I had always worried that when I moved away I wouldn’t find any good pho restaurants but this? Oh, out of this world. I came here for Eid celebration and tried their seafood pho and had to shake my head in disbelief at how good the broth was. No crazy amounts of chili sauce needed to make me satisfied. And my grandpa who had never had pho in his life was in awe. The atmosphere was amazing and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The food came out quick and the price for it was something I’d be willing to pay over and over. And their mango boba was a great sweet frozen treat for after all that warm goodness.

Went here with a friend first thing we notice was it was so clean, the table as still sticky even after w just watched them wipe it down. It still smelled of fish sauce where we sat. The good lacked flavor especially the poke plate. The fish sauces that came with it was much sweeter not like your typical Vietnamese fish sauce for the vermicelli dishes. The pho was ok in flavor but the meat was not edible. The meat was not chewable and I had to spit out 1/3 of my beef. Defiantly not my cup of tea.

The food here is excellent, but the service is terrible. It’s not rude, it’s just inept. We usually order takeout, and we’ve experienced the following on different occasions: (1) the order hadn’t gotten to the kitchen despite having been phoned in half an hour earlier, (2) the pho condiments were missing, and (3) an appetizer was missing. After the missing appetizer, we called 3 times over 2 days to ask for a credit, and we were told that the manager wasn’t there and the employee was not authorized to do a credit. So — enjoy the food and hope it makes up for the aggravation.

Had the #32 pho, salt and pepper tofu, stirfry chicken and vegetables, and a pork dish, all of it was great!
Pho broth was amazing, my friends who are normally not the biggest fan of pho loved this!
HIGHLY recommend the salt and pepper tofu, nice a Crispy on the outside with a great texture, on top of delicious peppers and onions served underneath, great portion sizes. (The picture I took of the Tofu dish was double the size when it was served, we just ate more than half of it before I thought to take a photo! SO good!!)
Chicken and vegetable stir fry was underwhelming but still good, the vegetables are mainly nappa cabbage with only a little carrot and broccoli and onions, sauce didn’t have a lot of flavor and was kind of thick for a stir fry sauce.
The pork dish my boyfriend got he really liked, just wished it came with more meat.
Great place for Pho options, and although there’s a big menu I’d suggest sticking to Pho/Tofu/Pork dishes!

Old frying oil. Bus girl threw way my carry out after dinner. Meat portion in the entree was small. Peppers were raw in beef & curry stir fry. Too much jalapeños. I asked for fried rice and was brought white. Beef soup had no beef in it.
