Is “Hot ‘n Ready” not a thing anymore? I’ve been going to this location for the past two years and I would say about 90% of the time I’ve waited 10+ minutes for a just a couple of pizzas that should be hot and ready. The quality has also been hit and miss lately. Most recently, the dough on one of our pizzas wasn’t raised enough and all of the toppings would slide off when we would grab a piece.

After going through the drive thru and being told it would be “about a 10 minute” wait and to park around front, I sent my spouse inside after 20 minutes to see what the hold up was. He was told it would be “another 8 minutes”. We did not get our pizzas for another 30 minutes after that. The employee at the counter was of no help because every time my husband asked her anything she acted like she didn’t understand him. He repeatedly asked to speak to a manger or another employee and she would disappear to the back but no one else ever came out to speak with him. So either she was not relaying the requests or everyone in that store was just out right ignoring customers. Worst customer service we have ever received.

I love this Little Caesars location. The drive thru is unique for a pizza joint and it is so convenient!
The employees at the window are always friendly. I especially think Nick does a great job! The employees at the counter could be a bit more upbeat and happy.
My pizzas are always hot. Today they were especially good on a cold, rainy day. Love the Three Meat Treat!

They are so incompetent at this location. They don’t have all the prices posted as you go thru the drive thru so you never know what you’ll be charged.
They also charged me twice for one order. I have submitted several inquiries to have someone refund me and have not heard back from anyone. will be contacting my credit card for fraud.

Last week we order 5 pizzas. When we got home we realized that all the pizzas were messed up and we called the store. They said they would replace all 5 pizzas at a later date, just to call with the manager’s name and there’d be no issue. We called back a week later (today) and the manager on duty refused to accept the order and fix the issue that was previously addressed.

My son worked at this location years ago. I have had issues with Kaysville little Caesar’s so I wanted to try and this location. My pizza and Italian cheese bread tasted like it had been sitting out all day! My son was very disappointed as I was as well. I am about to not visit any locations any pre asr I paid 20 bucks for old pizza!

Most of the cheese pizza wasn’t even edible. This is pretty common for this location. Not sure why they are so much worse than other locations. Staff usually seems unhappy to be there and dragging their feet.

If I could rate a 0 I would. They said our food was hot and ready and we waited well over 30 mins when we were the only people there. They messed our order up 3 times. Then we get home to eat and it was undercooked and the ranch looked expired. Our pizza bread was undercooked and still runny. The people working didn’t know what they were doing. They almost charged me double the price for no reason I asked for ranch and he spinned around in 3 circles then went to the thing and charged me 5$ for 2 ranches then couldn’t find the raches when they were right behind him. Acted like he was on something or didn’t know how to do his job.
