Ordered my meal at 7:28pm, it took 2hrs to get my order. What I asked for: 1 large stuffed pepperoni, 18ct medium buffalo wings, cinnamon rolls and a personal buffalo pizza. What I got…The first delivery I was missing my wings, and my personal pizza was thrown together and the cinnamon rolls were not fully cooked. Second delivery I received a large cheese pizza, wings, undercooked cinnamon rolls, and another thrown together personal pizza. $70 wasted.

Location is very slow and takes entirely too long to get orders out because they are back there continuously playing and laughing instead of getting the orders out. And it’s the same thing everytime I come to this location. And I’m saying this as a DoorDash delivery driver. Imagine coming to get an order of my own! Ridiculous.

I was picking up a order for DoorDash when there was seven people ahead of me not getting help. one of the workers told that young lady with glasses that was working her butt off to not pay attention to the customers up front. The lady was rude and very disrespectful. All the customers heard it and one lady walked out because of the rudeness.

If you follow me you know it’s very seldom that I give people five stars these guys deserve those five. The store was spotless clean I have never went into a pizza place that was so clean thanks to this Young man here. Didn’t catch his name but just as nice as he wanted to be. But let’s talk about Miss Renette there’s a lot of things I can say about her but I’m going to keep it short very good personality the kind of person you want to see and deal with when you spend your money all around this restaurant is just on point.

I kid you not these are how my wings came. I know they are smaller cuz they are cheaper but some of these are burnt, the sauce tastes weird and not like other pizza huts.
The pizza was even worse. Crust like card board, had tomatoes and red peppers on it which we did NOT order. The onions and bell peppers were mush. Several people had issues when I was waiting for pickup.

Well I placed an order for pick up over the phone and drove thru town almost twenty minutes away to get to the store and then say they don’t have my order. What a pathetic thing to do to a customer and then not even offer no type of help or support for the mistake that y’all made. Horrible management and lack of communication skills this is not how you should treat a person this is unacceptable and I’m calling and complaining to everyone I can.

My husband ordered online from this store this evening. Got messages saying the food was on it way, 30 mins later still hadn’t showed up. When it did show up the order was missing sauces that were ordered. Called them to find out where the order was only to be on hold for over 20 mins. Called to let them know they forgot the sauces and was told they would get them out to us that’s been over a hour ago. Bread sticks were suppose to be cheesy bacon and only got cheesy. CAN’T WIN THEM ALL.
