Now the restaurant doesn’t even have free seasoning and ranch and if you ask or some, it needs to be charged separately at $1. They didn’t give forks. It’s a plastic fork I picked up myself and the building was hot inside. It was a very poor dinner.

had issues using our coupon was told we couldn’t use our coupon together with whatever specials pizza hutt had to offer even though we’re dinning inside . I thought this was weird and wrong but oh well .. my pizza was made wrong so had to wait for my pizza while my family already had thiers

The service was horrendous, the waitress Victoria had a horrible attitude and ruined a birthday surprise. We traveled over 2 hours to meet family, when we walked in she said please sit anywhere youd like. We choose a spot that didnt have anyone in it, she came to take our order and had alot of attitude as if we were disturbing her. She then came back in to tell us that there was a party and we had to hurry up and leave. If I could rate this location a zero I would.

I was really looking forward to eating Pizza Hut since it had been a minute since I’ve been here. I don’t know if the waitress Irene was just having a bad day but when I gave her my order she got the pizza order wrong so I told her to take it back. She asked me three times before putting the new order in and when I got the remade pizza that took over 25 minutes it was still wrong and she didn’t want to come back to our table for refills or anything, my family had to get up get our own food from the counter and our own sauces and ranch. I then went up to the counter to talk to the manager to take the pizza off cause I didn’t want it anymore and she was able to take it off I also forgot to mention I had ordered some wings that didn’t make it to my table until I was leaving and when the waitress Irene came to give us our new receipt and the wings she literally just tossed them on the table. So when I went to the counter to pay I asked that they took off the wings too, all I’m saying Pizza Hut this kind of attitude toward your consumers is unacceptable and the guest here should be treated better and not have to get up and get our own stuff because people bring their emotions to work or are just lazy. Right after we walked out the door as I was in the parking lot I can see the waitress starting to give refills and help other guest for some reason she was just upset that she got out order wrong and expected us to say it was fine we will eat it anyway.
