Ordered through Doordash ( which is almost as bad as ordering through you guys at the stores) did not receive my order TWICE. Driver claimed they did delivery and DID NOT. No food was delivered to me either time. Then call the store, they just absolutely do not even pick up the phone! So I’m out of money AND didn’t get food. Calling corporate first thing in the morning. That’s it, that’s all. And if they decide they don’t want to respond I’ll just find a way to get my problem resolved. The fact your driver lied is what’s pissing me off. And they kept food I PAID FOR. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS

Got a hoagies with my 6.99 pizza offer. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST HOAGIE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. No meat on the bun, just toasted buns with a couple of pieces of meat. Taking back tomorrow and getting my money back. RIDICULOUS

This was the second time this happened sooo……please do not order delivery service with this location. I ordered at 7:58pm and got my order at 9:30pm….the location was only 5 minutes away so I didn’t expect it to take almost 2 hours! I got in my car and figured it would be faster because they were not answering their phone for a good 10 minutes! As I was heading over, I was still trying to call on my way when they told me my order will be there in 5 minutes so I turned around. When the food arrived, it was not nice and hot…it was room temp, very disappointed. The only reason I did not give it a 1 is because they sent me an email knowing they “let me down” and sent me some coupon. I will not be ordering delivery from here again.

The entire order was made wrong and sloppy and late. I ordered 3 of the same Mediterranean subs and all they put on them was Onions and Banana peppers with a slice of cheese along with dried/burnt feta cheese (YUCK). I have called the store several times and no one is answering (CALLER ID…). What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT for our dinner.

Ordered the Philly steak and cheese pizza and it was terrible! I soon remembered why I do business with Marcos and even Pizza Hut over domino’s. Let’s just say that less than a handful of the Philly steak was barely there and Mushrooms and cheese seemingly substituted for it! Not worth the price at all. Tasted like nothing! I’m sure I wouldn’t pay $17 for a large mushroom pizza. As I waited for my order, I couldn’t help but notice the RUSTY PANS that baked our pizzas. So disgusted at the many rusted pans that were in plain sight of me asking for a refund & running away from this location on E Sam Houston pkwy & John Ralston that I know I won’t return there. I got the pizza home and immediately felt the remorse for not walking away and getting Marco’s pizza. Lesson learned. Some of these places are in need of a visit from the health dept.
