WARNING: I strongly recommend not ordering online from Spring Lotus, unless you are prepared for your order to be incorrect or missing items.
Today we placed an online order totaling around $70–$75, and one would reasonably expect that an order at that price point would at least be prepared correctly and fully packaged before being handed to the customer. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
When I arrived to pick up my order around lunchtime, there was a line inside the restaurant. However, the individuals ahead of me were waiting to be seated for dine-in, while I was the only person there specifically to pick up a takeout order. As more customers entered behind me, the employee at the front stated she would help the next person. Naturally, I stepped forward since I had been waiting the longest for pickup.
At that point, I was abruptly told, “Sir, you need to wait your turn. I’m helping the people who were here first.” I politely explained that everyone behind me had arrived after I did and that the others were waiting for tables, not picking up orders. Despite this, she insisted I was incorrect and that I needed to wait.
She then proceeded to assist another customer before me. At that point I reiterated that I had been there before everyone currently waiting. Thankfully, another customer spoke up and confirmed that I was indeed correct and had arrived before the rest of them.
Eventually my order was brought out, but unfortunately my earlier concern proved correct. When I returned to my office, I discovered that the order was incomplete and several items were missing.
I called the restaurant to explain the situation. Though our business is not strictly in customer service, it is fueled by 5 star customer service, and when a customer has an issue, the first priority should be making the situation right. WE DO!! Instead, the conversation turned into an argument over a few dollars’ worth of food that should have been included in the order in the first place.
After an unnecessarily long discussion, I proposed two reasonable solutions:
Remake the entire order correctly, since the food had now become cold due to the delay, or
Issue a full refund.
Or.. Remake the the messed up portion, provide the missing items, and receive a 1-star Google review.
Their only offers were to either remake the missing items or refund only those items. Eventually, I agreed to have the missing items remade simply to resolve the situation, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
The lack of attention to order accuracy, combined with dismissive customer service and unwillingness to properly resolve the situation, leaves me with little confidence in returning. My family and our company have spent a fair amount of money here over time for meals and company lunches, but after this experience, Spring Lotus will not be receiving our business again.
A situation like this could have been resolved easily with a little accountability and basic customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. All in all, this is not about the money, its ALL about the customer service!!! Which was POOR…

Drunken noodles was so tasty. Portion sizes are generous. Wait was quite a bit. Loved the lemon grass chicken. It was so subtle and well made. The usual Thai iced tea was on point. Not too sweet. Pretty reasonable pricing.

I’ve visited a few times, and while the service can be hit or miss, I don’t hold it against the staff. The back booths could use an update, as they’re showing some wear. The pho is consistently good, but my daughter wasn’t impressed with the orange chicken and noodles.

It used to be great but now the speed has gone downhill. If you order takeout during any kind of peak hours, expect to stand in the tiny waiting area for about an hour surrounded by sick people. Might wanna make it 2 hours just to be safe. So sad. 🙁

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad time at this place. My favorite spot to eat in wenatchee. Tony was especially helpful this evening. Shout out to him and the staff! Always a very enjoyable experience.

This place has the best peanut sauce I’ve ever had! And I’ve tried a lot of peanut sauces. Spring rolls were good and the Chicken curry was spot on! Friendly service and we got seated quickly. Vegetarian options and gluten free options. Limited seating! I was sad to see the seafood Talay crossed off the menu. Don’t come in with a huge party of people. Wheelchair accessible. Decent amount of parking.

Tony is the best server I’ve had at Spring lotus. His customer service skills are the best. Hands down the best server at spring lotus. He is always welcoming and efficient. Truly believe that he makes a difference. I’ve seen a decline in the customer service at spring lotus in the many years I’ve gone but he truly makes up for it. Thankful for his caring heart and hard work.

Amazingly great food we had here. For starters, we went with the Chicken Lettuce Wrap, and boy oh boy that was mouthwatering to my tastebuds. You have got to try it! The staff here told us, it’s the number 1 favorite menu item for starters.
My wife chose the standard beef pho while I got to indulge on the semi spicy Beef Red Curry (spicy level 3). Both were beyond what we have back in auburn WA. I was pleasantly surprised how well prepared my dish was. The first taste just hits you and you go in for a second, then a third, and before you know it, your red curry dish is all gone. I probably could have had another but I stopped myself. My wife enjoyed her standard beef pho with our son. The flavor was really good and didn’t taste like it was made the day before. Fresh, and I mean fresh. Color and size were eye catching as well. The staff here were great and friendly, service was too notch!

Came here for dinner and had a nice time. The inside of the restaurant has gorgeous murals, and the staff was super friendly! I really enjoyed my beef ball pho and would also highly recommend their spring rolls. We got one shrimp and one chicken, and they both were delicious.
