The place was DISGUSTING. The manager was HIGH OUT OF HER MIND and the poor teenager cooking in the back looked SO UNCOMFORTABLE. While waiting for my food I watched the intoxicated manager come out of the back door mumble to herself and touch the dirty chairs to put them on top of the dirty tables in an effort to let me know the lobby was closing in 27 mins. She then barehanded picked up random trash scraps around the soda machine , then proceeds to come around the front counter and begin touching food, areas where food touch, areas where food is prepared WITHOUT WASHING HER DAMN HANDS AFTER TOUCHING THE DIRTY CHAIRS AND TABLES. The took a nasty looking rag and wiped the coffee syrups pump nozzles down with it and I almost gagged. Upon being handed the food I looked at the manager closer and her eyes were bloodshot, and her uniform looked like she hadn’t taken it off to wash it in weeks. She slurred her words and couldn’t seem to finish a sentence. She was going a million miles an hour while just spinning her wheels walking in circles. Needless to say we threw the food away but sadly that included the receipt with the order number date and time. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE INVOLVED

I bought 10 piece chiken nuggets and mcchiken, but I paid for fries and I didn’t get my fries and I still paid and they did nothing about it, and they putted mayonase and salad in my kids mcchiken when he ask only for bread and chiken

We stop by this McDonald’s (4340 Bonita Rd.)once a month or so and each time it’s a disappointment.
The girl taking the payments was on her phone when we drove up, so we waited for her to finish her text. Really? Put the phone away and do your job.
I purchased the new Spicy “Crispy” chicken sandwich… probably the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! How do you ruin a chicken sandwich? I couldn’t eat the bun as it was stale (reminded me of tough microwaved bread). The crispy batter on the filet was soggy and the sauce was interesting, mayo and buffalo sauce I think. The pickles were good.
When I called, I asked to speak with the manager and Lilly informed me that she was the manager. Instead of correcting the situation immediately she told me that I needed to come back in the morning to speak with the manager… Lilly, I thought you were the manager?? Haha. Geeze.
In any case, this is my fault for expecting superior service from an establishment that is run by children.

Horrible service. Not only did a lady cut me in line which would have been fine. There was no one consistently taking people orders. There was only lady seemingly doing nothing so it wasnt like they were understaffed. So it added a good few minutes to my wait. Also for some weird reason they are out of medium cups?

Kiosk is absolutely horrendous. You’ll wait 15-20 minutes while people who order through register pass you by. A sign instructing the use of kiosk if using card is placed at the counter. This is not a staff issue it is a tech issue. The human employees are friendly and hard working.

I came back once I found out the 32 oz coke was on special but now that it’s almost 4 dollar for a drink I’ll just walk to the back of the Walmart and buy me a 2 liter, be back in 10 years when the sodas are on special again, excellent manager I forget her name with the glasses always smiling give her her raise that she deserves her positivity and hard work are rare these days, Mc Donald’s inside grossmont center mall la mesa

I stood there waiting for acknowledgment or even someone to take my order. Worker just looked like they didn’t want to take any orders so I left it was 812 pm on Thursday the 7th. I was hungry and just got off work. Terrible customer service.

Very rude people working in there. Fries were obviously so old and soaked in grease. Nobody greeted me and refused to help me or even tell me I had to order at the kiosk. I have never had a single problem coming here during the day but will not be returning during the evening hours.
