1 word to describe this place is Hidden Gem. The owner himself stand in front of door welcomes guest and sit them. The service was fast. Def recommend beef with fried rice spicy. Spare ribs wasn’t bad either. The decor however is old and gloomy gives you vibe of morgue. However the food is tasty and tops it off. Good place to eat def will be going back.

This is a typical NY style Chinese restaurant.
We started with Wonton soup, and Hot and sour Soups for us. We had 5 of us and we had apps and meals and it was perfect amount with no leftovers.
We went after the soups with Spare ribs and egg rolls. Just so delicious!
Followed by Moo shu pork with pancakes and hoisin sauce.
Then an order of Beef Chow Fun
and finished with Szechuan Shrimp.
each was as good as the next with lots of flavor and nice portions to share.
Crunchy cuddles with duck sauce and spicy mustard on the table and fortune cookies with the check.
Felt like a night on Matt’s street!

Have been enjoying their food for over 20 years, but never left a review. Great Cantonese food which has been consistently fresh and tasty. The best egg rolls around and their hot and sour soup is delicious. Filled with lots of wood mushrooms, tofu, pork and veggies. Have tried numerous dishes and have never been disappointed. Love the fact that it is also a decent sit down restaurant. One of my favorites is the pan fried noodles three delight. Tender chicken and beef, and great shrimp, tastes like Florida shrimp, not farmed or foreign. Good combo specials too.

Uncle Joe’s is the hidden gem of Palm Beach Gardens. I’ve been living here for five years now and Uncle Joe’s is the best Chinese food spot around. They have great portions for both dine in and take out. They food is always exceptional, everything is fresh and tastes very balanced. My family recently dined in and our server Xiu was great. She gave us recommendations on appetizers and entrees based on our preferences. They always have great service.

Finally–Authentic, Delicious Chinese Food in Florida!
After moving to Florida from Long Island four years ago, we’ve been on the hunt for Chinese food that could compare to what we were used to back home. We were starting to think it didn’t exist–until today! Uncle Joe’s in Palm Beach Gardens absolutely blew us away, and honestly, it may be even better than what we used to get in New York.
I ordered the General Tao’s Chicken and my husband had the Kung Pao Chicken. Both dishes were perfectly balanced–flavorful, fresh, and just the right amount of heat and crunch. We were also served classic crispy noodles with sauce as soon as we sat down (a nostalgic touch we’ve missed so much), and our meals came with Wonton soup and an egg roll, all hot, satisfying, and clearly made with care.
The service was friendly and prompt, and the restaurant had a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Uncle Joe’s just might be our new go-to spot. Highly recommend if you’ve been craving real-deal Chinese food that hits all the right notes!

Took out 4 dishes. Found what looked like dead FLYS attached to a fried piece of chicken. My wife called the restaurant and they said will give you credit for one dish BUT NO apology. Her answer “it summer we have flies in the kitchen ” Will never go back If you want to eat insects this is your place… Very disappointed in her answer. On Monday I’m calling the health dept.. My bill was over 80 dollars and we threw out all the food once we noticed the insect. Will never go back.. The person who answered the phone was so casual I’m wondering how many times does this happen. EAT at your own peril at this place…
Can’t imagine how dirty the kitchen is

This place is a hidden gem for anyone seeking **authentic Chinese cuisine**. I highly recommend asking the owner for traditional dishes, as they’re not listed on the menu. I followed the owner’s advice today and tried the **steamed live shrimp from Key West**, served with a simple chili soy sauce. It was incredibly delicious! In traditional Cantonese style, seafood is steamed to preserve its natural flavor and texture, ensuring it’s cooked just right, not overdone. They also offer daily-prepared **roasted duck and BBQ pork** in the traditional manner. I’m definitely coming back to explore more dishes!

Not the fanciest place, but who cares when the food is so good? 1st time there, but the house-made dumplings were to die for, the General Tsaos chicken crispy and delicious,, teriyaki steak skewers so yummy and tender! 5 minutes from the VA and our new go-to for awesome food! Can’t wait to try more dishes!

We’ve been going to uncle Joe’s almost 20 years since we’ve lived in Florida. It’s only over the last year or so we’ve noticed a definite change in the quality and taste of the food. Our egg rolls which were always amazing. We’re literally soaked in oil and pooled on our plates. Food tasted bland without its usual robust flavor
