This is MY Starbucks! It’s in my neighborhood and they are always so friendly, which keeps me going back. I want to talk about a specific interaction I had. It was on Saturday December, 27th at 5:30 p.m. I went through the drive thru to get my Venti Peppermint Mocha Frappucino to make me feel better. I pulled forward and was greeted by Victoria. She was bubbly with a million dollar smile. She asked how I was and for some reason I couldn’t lie. I told her about my bad day. There was no one in line, so we chatted for a bit. She was so empathetic and kind. I felt so much better after speaking with her. It changed the trajectory of my night. Thanks Victoria. Starbucks is fortunate to have you and I appreciate what you did for me.

Read the negative reviews and was a little afraid to come, but was pleasantly greeted and had a nice experience!
Bathroom was clean and well taken care of, as was the rest of the cafe. It wasn’t too crowded at 230pm, and well cleaned and inviting.
Just had the pike place, and you really can’t mess that up. Friend had the brown sugar shaken espresso but he said that wasn’t done right (he used to work there). Just sayin’.

10/21/25 at 1:38 p.m. the young man on the drive thru was friendly. I ordered a carmel macchiato with almond milk. I pulled off. Realized it was a pumpkin spice. I went back the young lady making drinks was nasty. She was moving quick, remade my drink, it was terrrible.
I said it is horrible. She rudely said ” I had it sitting there” Made it over, I order all the time and know the taste. She has no customer service skills. I paid $10.50 for drink and snack and she had a nasty attitude. I will try to avoid this location if I see her on the counter again.

The young lady who took my order was nice. My food was quick, but my drink took too long and was not made to my order. The inside was clean. The parking lot and the layout is to small.

This place has been horrible this season. Wait times are outrageous. In the app it says 5-8 minutes til your order is ready then you get there and it’s 20+ more minutes and they aren’t even busy. You can watch them not do their job in real time. They also are impolite. I’m in here several times a week. They don’t grab the tickets or they grab them and move them somewhere random and forget about them. They don’t do your whole order at once. And as an aside, it really bugs me that the walls have no decor up just empty screws and hardware, it’s been like that for like 2 years. Has corporate forgot this location exists?

Got to Starbucks at 4:45am and didn’t get acknowledged at the drive thru speaker. Waited until 4:55am before I decided to drive off to go to work. 3 girls appeared to be in the store and not one of them took the time to say “I’ll be with u in one moment” If I didn’t have a job to clock into I probably would of waited to see how much longer it would have taken for them to take my order. I just wanted some coffee and a breakfast sandwich to start off my day and couldn’t even get that. I don’t see why you guys even open at 4:30am the service always seems to be shitty. Reminder why I stopped going before work.

We order the same coffees all the time, so when we noticed that the coffees were not full, we asked if they could add a little more to the drinks. After we asked, the girl working in the drive thru told us that’s how these coffees are made and rudley closed the window on us. After the shaken foam from the beverage dissolved, we were left with what appeared to be a grande, when we ordered and paid for ventis. The flavor was also not the same. It was extremely strong and missing the sweetness and milk.
It’s one thing if this is genuinely the portion size for the beverage, but to be given rude service and the window literally being shut on us is not the promised hospitality of Starbucks.

I ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich this morning and even though the sticker on the bag said impossible as well, it was regular sausage. I went over to the Germantown Starbucks who did get the sandwich right!

This location is always so hit or miss. Their cold foam is always watery, they always look like chickens with their heads cut off this is the second time they have made my order wrong. It’s my fault for continuing to go to this location though… I ordered their ginger bread iced chai and they didn’t put the cold foam on top at all…
