I stopped at Caribou to get some work done before my meetings. I ordered the pumkin spice latte and the blueberry almond oatmeal. Originally, I waited in line but ended up ordering on the app. I had to ask for my order due to the app automatically picking the drive up. The latte was tasty, just not as warm as I usually like, and the oatmeal tasted great.

Really love caribou coffee I’m general. This location is nice and new, but it looks like I have run into the same personnel issues others have commented on. Our orders also didn’t taste right, but I’ll attribute that to being possibly the first customers of the day. Hopefully their quality in both product and customer service improve.

Service and product quality need MUCH improvement. Bagel outer crust not as crisp as they should be – too doughy. I had a 25 minute wait for just 2 plain bagels to go. This is third time this has happened. I got home opened the bag and bagels were mush and inedible. I won’t be back

Was craving Caribou. Looked up the location on maps and it said they were open until 7pm. Got off the interstate at 6:30 and they were closed.

Multiple instances of unnecessarily long wait times or incorrect drinks. I have been to this location regularly for about a month and I would say the service is bad 80% of the time. The last instance I went (which prompted me to write this review) was particularly awful. I went and ordered inside. Firstly, the employee taking my order HAD no idea what the products were and entered in BOTH of the coffees I ordered incorrectly. After taking 5 minutes to straighten out my order, they got my hot sandwiches out to the counter almost right away. I then proceeded to wait nearly 10 minutes for my first coffee, and then another 5 for my second. Why wouldn’t they organize the workflow to bring everything out at once? That is good service 101. The coffee is simply not worth the steep price and long wait. I recommend scooters or even perks over this location a million times over.

I stopped inside the Caribou at 1:12 on February 24th 20 25. I was the only customer inside or outside. I ordered a turkey provolone bagel sandwich. The male worker turned to the female worker and asked if they had the stuff to make it to which she replied” I don’t know.” Being I couldn’t find a clean table to sit at in the empty restaurant, I stood at the pickup counter and asked the male worker to cut the sandwich in half and wrap it for takeout. As I was standing at the counter, I noticed how dirty the restaurant is. There were crumbs on the rug. The pickup counter had many glass ring marks on it and was very sticky as were some tables. The carpet was dirty and the floor behind the counter from where I could see had dirt and chunks of unknown things under the them. As I unwrapped my sandwich in the car the paper it was wrapped in was wet from I don’t know what. The bottom of the bagel hung like a wet dish rag. I threw away most of it and will never return there again. That place needs a deep cleaning and the staff needs to be instructed on cleaning when they are not busy.

I waited a little longer than usual, but it was because they were very busy. They were not wasting any time, but working as quickly as possible. It was obvious to me that they do a good job because it was so busy. Good job crew!
