First time I ever stopped at Burger King in kingwood and ordered a fish sandwich and fries and I asked if they was fresh said they just took them out when I got the food the fish sandwich it was frozen in the middle and the fries had been sitting for hours they was cold it is the last time I will ever eat there I stopped and threw the food in garbage never have I ever had such bad service it sad beware of the one in kingwood

It’s a typical Burger King menu, but its definitely a little pricey for fast food. The service was crap, they didnt take my order correctly and it was like warm when I received it. It’s connected to a BFS gas station on the inside, so the atmosphere is chaotic at best.

Rudest people I have ever met. Not just to me, but others too. Came back after a horrible experience of one of the workers literally throwing orders at customers, being a smart ass to polite customers, and incorrect orders. I get that fast food isn’t a fun job, and I never expect someone to be excited to take my order. But general decency is the bare minimum. I decided to try this place again, it was already on my route and easiest. My drink was only half filled, and when I noticed, the man at the window said, “Well whats the problem, did it stop too soon or what?” I mentioned that it was only half filled, but didn’t want to waste more time arguing or waiting for another drink. Of course, it was nothing but carbonation and was nasty. Rest of the food wasn’t bad, but the employees are what makes this place terrible.

I would like to update my review. I went to Burger King when it first opened and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant, and trust me thats saying something.
Recently I have had mixed feelings cause it depends on who is working depends if you have a good experience or not.
Now, about 2 weeks ago I went there and I wanted extra cheese on my burger and I was told that couldn’t happen cause they don’t have a button for it.
That was a first for me at any fast food restaurant, and she was rude.
I went back today and ordered a burger with extra cheese and I guess the button for it appeared this time.
The lady I dealt with was super friendly, had a smile on her face, and chatted with me till I got my food.
I do not know her name at the moment, but when I find out I will post it so you know if you see her working you will have a great experience.
The only reason I am updating my review to 5 stars on everything is cause of her, she is the saving grace of this Burger King.

Food was freshly made so it took a little longer but my food was hot and made the way I requested. The young lady that took my order was really helpful.

Apparently they can’t read ordered doordash my onions was missing my sandwich was only cheese , on whopper was missing cheese ,one whopper had ketchup when not supposed too. Learn to read
