Jalin who works the drive thru is AWESOME!!! I Love his personality and really engages with all patrons. I vist a lot and he is the most friendliest person down there. He makes each visit a unique and special visit. The feeling that he gives off is that everyone is important and our happiness is what matters most.

I just got my usual drinks at the same location and never got a such a rude service but it looks like this Brittney is new at this location and has a such a very very rude attitude towards customers. I asked for a venti ice passion tea and she gave me a grande. I asked her to switch it and she repeated with a rude tone “You asked for a grande and I asked if the screen looked correct and You said yes.” I didn’t not respond to her allegation because of her rude way to respond to me. She must not like to work in starbuscks. After all this Britney charge me for the difference, which I didn’t have any complaints but her attitude!

Lady at the drive through was very rude! Had no respect. I’ve ordered the same drink many times and have never had a problem with it being filled to the top. She then charged me more and it was still half way! And then rolled her eyes when I asked for a water. When paying $7 for a drink you would think customer service would be a little nicer.

So I showed up around 8:30 pm. I wanted regular coffee. Pretty much everything was cleaned up and they were handling the end shift very well prepping for closing. The barista, wish I knew her name, did a pour over for me. Oh thank you so much. It was perfect. Cheers! Ps. I’ve never been in the Starbucks at Lacey roundabout at night. It’s a different crowd not the staff, the customers.

Coffee is usually pretty good for Starbucks, but this location SEVERELY lacks people skills. Don’t expect to be greeted or even have a smile returned if you attempt small talk. About 2/10 employees I have met have been pleasant. It’s a bummer because you all are one of the first groups of people I see in the morning and it’s too bad that you can’t put more emphasis on patience and kindness. I feel like this is a lost art that the bucks used to pride themselves on… It’s a bit sad. I guess we’ll assume it’s covid related and they don’t have much talent to choose from ATM… RIP Starbucks customer service.
