More often than not this location has bad service. Tonight I had bad service and on top of that, my kids even noticed that the fries were weird tasting and didn’t eat it. That never happens at other locations, just this one.

Oh my, what happened to this location. Someone needs to send that young lady with the long dark hair back to the chic fil a greeting school or send her to Burger King. One time I can give her a pass but multiple times tells me there’s a problem there. In the meantime I’ll go to the other Leesburg chic they actually thank their customers over there. So disappointing.

Chick-fil-A in any state is delicious and fast. Great place for a quick meal. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve never been to any Chick-fil-A that wasn’t spotless!

Such a hit or miss experience here. The food is always good, but the service is just weird. Sometimes the people working are some of the nicest people I’ve interacted with. And other times it’s some teen who has no manners or respect and greets you with “watchu want”, and rolls their eyes while youre ordering.

Came in for a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich on a weekday morning. They weren’t busy and the service I got was perfect. The sandwich tasted great, it was fresh, and hot, and put together quite nicely. The coffee was great too.
Lobby and restroom were both well stocked and clean. Definitely would return when in the area!

Service is sadly just meh. Team members spending more time talking to each other than to the customer. One person covering the restaurant area had it looking a little unkempt. Food will always be good, but service is down at CFA.

I never write reviews, but this one deserved it. The employee named Daniel was very rude and disrespectful when I was ordering my food and completely messed up my order. I then asked if he could remake my order, and he mumbled under his breath in Spanish. Luckily, I know Spanish, and he called me a fat idiot. Completely, utterly disrespectful employee. Then finally remade my order after 20 mins.

The best Chick-fil-a that I’ve been to of all time. Beyond exceptional service, quick & apt ordering and delivery, warmth and friendliness are a few of the traits that make this location stand out. The overall experience provided by the staff here deserves more than the highest praises.
Also special shoutout to the morning crew. They are on a different level!

Staff very kind and easy to place my order, however the drive through is so slow. Insanely slow. So much for picking up a quick dinner. Maybe they don’t have enough staff which is understandable, but gosh it took a long time. My salad was super tasty when I finally got it, the spicy southwest salad!
