I don’t know why this place has bad reviews. There’s a Sonic, Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, and two McDonald’s within a mile of this place and Burger King has by far the best service. Every time I come here whoever is working the drive through is always polite or cracking a joke. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I usually don’t leave reviews on places whatsoever but my service at this location is worthy of one. Went through the drive thru and ordered a double whopper meal and a bacon king meal. The girl that took my order and greeted me at the window (assuming it was the same person) was so nice and perfect at her customer service skills. I wish i caught her name tag to properly shout her out but she was a shorter, young African American girl. She was incredibly polite and quick with getting me in and out of the window! Food was perfect, quick, and not to mention, she was incredibly patient with me at the window when I didn’t yet have my payment ready!

Usually don’t leave reviews on chain restaurants, But the interaction I had today was definitely worthy of one. Went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order just to wait a good FIVE minutes before being greeted. I’ve worked in food service, I completely understand if the location was busy but the parking lot was a ghost town so it was certainly questionable.
When I got to the window this girl with brown hair hands us the order with urgency to continue a conversation with a boy in a hoodie, completely forgetting to hand us the drinks. After getting their attention again, We were handed two cokes when we ordered a coke and a sweet tea. Then she slams the window with no room to respond!
Turns out they also forgot our honey mustard. My girlfriend had to go back inside to retrieve it and as she was waiting for service the man BEHIND THE COUNTER continues to scroll on his phone while she was obviously present in front of him.
Eventually we were told that they were out of honey mustard, ranch, and BBQ sauce.
This establishment is incredibly absent and embarrassing. Would recommend visiting the other location on Hull St.

Ok, I tried the New chicken Ch’King sandwich today and let me just say that it was awful!!! Little to none dressing, no crunch at all taste like it had been sitting there for days or they needed to change the oil. The worst part is that I had to waste $8.29 for the sandwich and another $1.50 to get a shake. Well, let’s just say if I had only ordered a shake they would have received 5 stars . The shake was fantastic! I think I will return for their shakes only. If you want my opinion, save your money this sandwich is not worth it!

only because 0 stars is not an option… the “ch’king”… yeah… you mean chicken tender on a bun thats too large-_-… and my “garlic and bacon king”… you can see my issue there. 0 garlic, and they didnt say anything about not even having it(if they did or didnt). the mozzarella sticks were old, like they could not have been made within 1 hour of ordering them, same with my onion rings. the people are really nice, but thats it… i almost feel sick after eating any of my food as well.

Still worthless, recommendation is to just avoid this location… ordered a large fry, kids meal 4 pc nugget, 9pc chicken fry, 4 pc nugget, small onion ring, and a whopper…
The whopper, onion ring and kids meal fry were correct, no chicken fries(got more nuggets?) no lrg fry, the kids meal only had 3 nuggets… just… 0 stars if possible

0 stars. My Impossible Whopper has BLACK MOLD on the bottom bun. Unfortunately I didn’t know this until I was more than halfway done with the sandwich as I was eating while driving to NC. I don’t even know why my dumb @$$ went to this location. I’ve never gotten good service from 13925 Hull Street before and today was no different. Never again!

This is 1 of only two of my favorite Burger King’s to get a Whopper from in my area!
It is always clean. The staff is always friendly and provide great but, quick service. Even when they are low staff you can’t tell. I will bypass another Burger King to come to this one.
