If I could, I will give this place a negative star. I called the pizza place in Bryant Ar and I wanted to let them know that my pizza was over cooked. The manager was very rude and she and her employees started laughing when I said I wanted a refund and she stated to me “ma’am we are doing you a favor”. There’s no way you’re doing me a favor and I’m spending my hard earn money here. The girl in the back just kept laughing and the manager said nothing. I will never visit this place again and the pizza was very over cooked and it looked as if someone returned it, and they just stuck it back in the warmer and gave it out.

It was VERY clean inside not a spot of trash or dirt stains anywhere, the pizza was indeed Hot and Ready. The staff inside were very friendly and my service was very quick but pleasant. Josh was super attentive and never stood still for a moment. Great staff, great service, and great pizza. Thank you!!!

They gave me the oldest pizza there. I tried to feed it to my son but every corner was hard and disgusting he almost choked. You can visibly see this pizza is the lowest quality ever served and probably hours old. We basically got robbed.

Terrible service I pulled up to drive-thru window. Very rude I am very disappointed. The old place was a lot better.
The staff at new place gave me old dried up pizza and new puffs were awful. Took it back couldn’t get refund manager was rude she could make new could not give back my money. Of course I didn’t want new but waited over 30 minutes for bad pizza and puffs that I didn’t want. She also told me to wait outside. I said what’s these for. Someone needs to check that place out. I didn’t eat the food afraid that they did something to it. Still was horrible and dry. Check them out please.

I ordered ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait. The employees are nice at this location but its usually really busy and i have to wait unless I order ahead especially on a Friday or Saturday night. This visit was quick and easy I did have to ask for my sauce but that’s normal bc they dont like putting that in the portal. All and all it was a good visit and I like the new location

My pizza was over cooked. I called and talked to the manager who was very rude and unprofessional. I told the that my pizza was overcooked, and they argued with me that’s the way they look. I’ve been getting pizza from them a long time and its never been to my dissatisfaction. But I didn’t have time to go back and forward with her, because if I say that my pizza is over cooked, then who are you to argue with me the paying customer. I ended up getting my money back. I will never go to the one on Reynolds again. I’m always giving good compliments to those who deserve them.

I ordered online and said it would be done by 8:38. I waited an extra 30 min passed that time for my food while many others who ordered way after me received their food. I came in only once to ask what was taking so long because I know you guys are busy. I was told just ten min for the cheese bread I waited 12 min came in and she told me another ten min that it was just put it after I was told it would be done.

This experience was HORRIBLE! Did not cut the pizza whatsoever, undercooked pizza, took over 15 more minutes than said it would take to be done. Im extremely disappointed in this experience with this restaurant. I do NOT recommend ordering from here please choose otherwise.

So this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait 30-40 minutes just for some god dang cheese bread. They weren’t busy at all whatsoever. I’m outside freezing cause my heater is barely working and the weather is getting bad outside and my pregnant wife is craving cheese bread. It shouldn’t take that long at all for one order of cheese bread. Management needs to step up and stop slacking off once a new store has been opened for a bit, and stay consistent with how they were when they first opened up. Do something about your store and your workers.
