High-quality food, just a tad overpriced. Service a touch slow, otherwise a standard somewhat upscale hotel restaurant. Excellent lattes and parfait, and breakfast sandwich is a savory and delicious must-try. Solid side apple chicken sausage, and Brownie Pancakes are another must-try, brownie on every pancake layer! Went back later for Palmer House Original Brownie – another must-try!

Skip the Shrimp Po Boy if it’s still on the menu. They don’t peel the shrimp before frying, which is a first for me to see. Maybe someone new in the kitchen? Service was ok, although a little pushy to get us a second round. For a spendier place, they need to get the details right, and the Shrimp Po Boy was a big miss. Old fashioneds were good, although I would expect some clear ice when they are going for 22 dollars each.

This restaurant is inside the historic Palmer House. The atmosphere is grandiose until you enter into the quiet space of the restaurant. A wonderful experience in the middle of downtown. It’s an amazing treat to walk into this building! We enjoyed our breakfast order. Our server was quick to make substitutions. He was also quick with coffee, tea and water. Portions are generous.

This restaurant is in the Palmer House. My wife and I split a Lockwood Burger and fries. Without a doubt one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. She also had their signature brownie for dessert. I can’t recall the name of it. For $12 it could have been a little bigger but it was good. One word of warning. This place is not cheap. The Burger and fries was $21

I waited 20 minutes and was never approached by a server so I went to the bar instead. I had a Bertha’s brownie, truffle fries and tomato soup. Everything was average, and the service wasn’t that great either.

I was staying at the Palmer House, so ordered a few drinks and small bites to eat in the lobby. I sat at one of the tables in the lobby, but they have wait staff for all the tables.

Started off with the Palmer House Brownie and Old Fashioned. Brownie is a traditional taste and not the overly sweet one many are used to. Both were good, so ordered a Flatbread Pizza and Bloody Mary. I wanted the Bloody Mary to be spicier, but was still good. Good, casual bites to enjoy while hanging out in the nice Palmer House lobby.

Fantastic all around restaurant and bar located inside the Palmer House Hotel. The food is delicious and well made. The service was quick and friendly. The wait staff was knowledgeable and amazing. The Salmon was absolutely perfect. The steak was excellent but the garlic potato fries honestly blew me away..I have never had such great fries! Would 100% visit again. Absolutely amazing.

Definitely a more pricey dinner. The salad and burger were good (your average meal), but not worth the price in my opinion. However, the hotel is gorgeous and the service is great!

Stopped by for happy hour and had the best time. The wine was $12 a glass and was delicious. We also got the charcuterie board which had an amazing assortment of high quality meat and cheese that we loved. Our server Felipe was very hospitable and lovely! We will definitely be back for the food service and great atmosphere!
