I have lived in Monticello for 3 years now and was disappointed that there wasn’t a good coffee place nearby. Well, now I can say there is! My daughter and I tried out The Daily Roast today and it exceeded my expectations. The coffee was excellent and the Maple Bacon Donuts were tasty. I loved the decor and how friendly the servers were, perfect for our little town!

This place is a great addition to the small community of Monticello. I highly recommend for coffee and donuts. I had a delicious iced coffee, and my son had a latte, which he said “mom, this is better than Starbucks”. We chose a variety of donuts to take home, and they were delicious. Stop by and check them out, they provide excellent service as well. Locally owned.

I stopped by this morning (I did not realize they were open at 5, and I was so excited to see their neon open sign). I was able to get delicious doughnuts and a coffee to start my day. The doughnuts were fresh and my coffee was perfect! The atmosphere in the Daily Roast is so welcoming! I will definitely be returning.

We were traveling through town and had to stop. Such a cute place, love the pink. I gotten the Pumpkin Latte and it was a 10 for me. My husband had the Cold brew and he stated it was better than his back home. Didn’t get to try the donuts. But will definitely be back to try soon.

Best coffee I’ve found in the area! Prices are a tad high, but for the area I suppose. The pumpkin latte is so good!. I’m a regular coffee person too-cream and sugar thats it….usually-but this one changed my perspective on flavors in my coffee. Try it it’s like pumpkin pie in a coffee. Not like your regular coffee creamer put in or yucky syrup either.

First time trying this place with my wife. The store was clean and they were busy. However, we were disappointed with our coffee/drink order.The new Reeses cold brew unfortunately wasn’t even close to a Reeses tastes. It tasted like drinking a peanut hull flavored coffee, unfortunately bland with no chocolate peanut butter cup flavor. My cookies and cream frappe was also a disappointment but it was drinkable, however it tasted like vanilla mainly. The cookies were not well incorporated into the frappe. It needed to be mixed more or the drink made a bit thinner. I will say, the donuts we ordered were good. Lastly, The ramp at the entrance is dangerous. It felt it weak and my wife stumbled coming out. Definitely needs more support, or rails. That is probably not the shop’s owner’s fault though.
