It was my first time here I asked about the jerk chicken fried rice but unfortunately it has onions in it, but I ended up with the jerk chicken dinner with rice and cabbage.
I believe the cabbage had onion in it as well and I thought I would have been told that given the fact that I asked about onions in the fried rice.
The lady that rang me up was helpful. And told me about different items that I wanted to know about like the smackey.
I also ordered a beef patty. It was good and flavorful but in my opinion I think I need more filling. I will be back though.

I give them 3 stars because their food is good but EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here around open time there is a sign on the door saying they will open later. I live 25 minutes away! I find that very unprofessional and that alone makes me want to not support them again. I am always wasting my time going here because of their inconsistency.

Food is delicious ALWAYS DELICIOUS! But they have recently implemented some not so customer friendly practices. They no longer offer substitutions on the jerk chicken meal I like mine with cabbage and Mac and cheese, it’s usually around 20-25 dollars… today I went and asked for the same meal I’ve order for a long time and the total was 39 dollars… they charge 13 dollars for mac and cheese now! I probably won’t be back.

I waited for over an hour for my order while the owner sat at the register sucking on lamb chop bones. When I brought how long I was waiting to his attention him and his daughter became very rude, aggressive and disrespectful. His daughter claim she wanted to fight me saying I ordered too late. But if that was the case why take my order and my money in the first place? I would have easily went somewhere else! I have never in my life dealt with or experienced customer service in this manner. I’m just a blk woman that was trying to support a blk business, never again!

Today, there was hair in the cabbage. I called the number posted on Google a gentleman answered whom I believe to be the owner answered. I told him about the hair in my food, he asked me to send a pic, I did. He apologized multiple times, said he’d call the restaurant and have them write my name down for a credit.
He called back and said that the manager wanted me to bring back the food in order to receive the credit. I was not driving back to the restaurant to get a credit. I told him I’ll just count it as a loss. He apologized again. Nice guy..

Only took about 3 minutes to get my food, my shrimp chicken pasta was absolutely delicious and flavorful. The breadstick with it was better than olive gardens. And the mango lemonade went very well with this dish.

The other day I was surfing through Tic Tok and someone was talking about their experience with Nonstop Flavor in Cincinnati, and the food that was in the video looked very delicious and tempting. I’ve been looking for something different cause these corporate restaurants are getting very boring, so I looked up the address for Nonstop and headed there after work and got the same exact meal the lady showed in the Video ( Jerk Salmon meal ) and when I say it was beyond what I had expected I’m not exaggerating. The cabbage was the Mac n cheese had that down south swag, very flavorful and on point, I seen my Grandmother with the first bite, the salmon was cooked to perfection and the jerk seasoning was the icing on the cake and the bedding of rice made it a happy ending to a love story, the portions are healthy no skimping. This place surpassed regular numbers for ratings I’ll give it the Roman numeral 10. Cincinnati if you are hungry and you want something different that’s gonna hit the first time, check out Nonstop Flavor, you will not be disappointed.
