It’s disappointing that Starbucks makes employees feel they have to publicly endorse every corporate belief just to keep their job. Ever since the company started flying the LGBTQ flag, it’s honestly turned me (and I know many others) off.
Are employees who don’t personally agree allowed to display flags that represent their own beliefs? Or is only one viewpoint permitted? I miss when Starbucks just stayed neutral on divisive social issues. Pushing one side like this ends up alienating more than half your customers.

I usually have a good experience at this location. Sometimes I have them remake my drinks due to new employees or what not. No big deal. Today I went through the drive through and my drink wasnt correct. I dont know what happened but it had matcha powder speckled all in the cup that was still dry and the matcha was a brown purple(i did have a mermaid matcha with added raspberry syrup so it does make it a different color but doesn’t normally come out looking like it did this time). I parked and went inside, the guy at the register was super polite and was swift with helping me get a remake. The lady im assuming made my drink was behind him with a rude attitude and asked what was wrong with it, even tho I had already explained to the guy why I wanted a remake. They remade it and she said to let her know if it was better…. It was better, BUT my cup was only half filled. I had gotten a large with extra cold foam which takes up some room but the foam and the matcha were in equal size….. wish I would’ve thought to take a picture of it!

Everyone was pretty friendly. Good and fast service. Only person who was a bit unfriendly, maybe a little rude, seemed to be a female manager-not wearing an apron but working on the register who came from the back, and she spelled my name horribly. Everyone else though was so kind and the drinks were good!

Got into town and stopped to grab a few coffees after a long drive. I asked for the bathroom code so I could use the restroom before ordering (which I always do on road trips- never had an issue) the employee got stand offish with me and asked “are you going to buy something?” which I replied yes after I use the restroom. The whole interaction was so uncomfortable and rubbed me the wrong way. I can understand a policy where the restroom is for customers but I also don’t want to spend money somewhere I’ve been treated rudely. So I left. Dutch Brothers was right across the street and they were very friendly there.
