Ordered the crazy crust pizza deal. Didn’t get the promo price of 6.99 the code didn’t work. Advised employee of that and just got a dumb look from her face. Also the crust we got wasn’t the crazy crust. This is the second time we have ordered a specialty crust and didn’t get it. I am done with this location and will tell others to stay away as well.

I have few expectations for Little Caesar’s. If anything, I only expect food that may or may not be edible, quickly. The lowest imaginable expectations for a restaurant. Expectations that Little Caesar’s has built an empire on. Yet this location consistently fails to deliver.

We waited 2 hours and our food and it came with no sauce that we paid for and this picture is supposed to be “stuffed crazy bread” It’s pretty ridiculous for waiting over 2 hours

Wings were great, pepperoni pizza was fine, but the specialty pizza was inedible…it was undercooked, Barely any cheese, waaaay too many pickled jalapeños and slimy, canned mushrooms.
I Arrived at 6:51 to get a refund on the specialty pizza; Manager was unable to help me.
7:00 manager Taia came and apologized…she was very sweet, tried to help with refund, said she couldn’t refund a single item
7:05 manager Kenyonna Caples came to help. Said they refunded me and needed to charge me again just for a lesser amount even though the refund wouldn’t get back to my account for 3-5 business days ♀️
For a place with 3 managers on the floor, I was shocked that a simple refund was not possible, especially after 25 minutes of deliberating.

Bread was dough-eee. Norman OK. Alameda/12th location. I get ur busy & weather is coming but dough-eee bread sticks 🙁 Had to put back in the oven when i got home. Don’t rush. We can wait. I only came to get bread sticks too 🙁

The two little Caesar’s here in Norman are the worst two I’ve been to they never have any hot and ready pizzas available when that’s your whole chains moto it’s always a 30 min wait no matter what time of the day it is you would think logically if you notice your getting down to your last couple of pizzas you would start making more to keep up with the demand the hot and ready pizzas are the main reason people come here there way better pizza places that are actually worth the wait since your going to wait anyways

A few years ago we used to come here regularly, about twice a month at least.
It went downhill, got really really bad and we quit going.
I went back a couple weeks ago for the first time, as it was late and I was exhausted on my way home, so I was hoping it would go well. Well, they’ve hired adults and it went great!
I think we’ll be back to our original visits from years ago, if this is maintained.

The customer service was amazing and food came out in a timely manner and was delicious but standing in the lobby to order food was SOO uncomfortable because of how HOT it was in the store. The poor cashier was sweating but still had a great spirit. I couldn’t imagine how hot it is in the back beside the oven. Little ceasers DO BETTER
