The food is delicious I just wish there wasn’t all beef option. Some of us don’t eat pork and we don’t just want to have cheese pizza.. that’s not fair.

While visiting Fort Wayne I had to hit up the mall, and there it is…a Pizza place in the food court. Stopped in and got a slice of Pepperoni and Sausage. The pizza is on display behind glass, you pick out what you want and they place it in a pizza oven to heat it up. The good: the pizza undercarriage has a nice crisp. The bad: greasy, very little sauce, dough has little flavor. The tables and floor were dirty. If your shopping and need a pizza fix this may work for you, however don’t go out of your way for this.

I’ll start this off with we come here A LOT, I have Fridays off, so every other week I bring my kids to the mall when it’s relatively empty.
For a restaurant in the mall, the atmosphere in this partially closed off area is quiet, and the lighting is warmer and less bright. It’s not as overwhelming and aggressive as the rest of the food court.
The food is ok? The pizza slices are huge and cheesy, but sometimes I think the workers have the timing wrong and we end up with cold pizza – it’s about every other time we go. The spaghetti can be slimy, and it doesn’t taste very good. There aren’t many other options.
The service is hit & miss, sometimes we have super quick and nice service, other times we wait for a long time before anyone realizes there’s a customer, other times the person seems annoyed and is very unhelpful.
Personally, I would give this place 2 stars, but I’ll give it 4 just because my kids like it so much and for the atmosphere being slightly separated and less exhausting.

Mall pizza at is finest! Is it New York style? They tell me it is. I like this location because they have a separate dining room from the rest of the mall. Pizza is alright. The salad was decent. Bread sticks are huge! A little slow at reheating the pizza, but meets the expectations of SBARRO.

It was about an hour before closing we went in to eat at the mall in the food court. There was only one person working. He didn’t talk much or have upbeat customer service.
There were only about 3 pizzas to choose from and a bacon hot pocket looking thing. We got two different slices of pizza. A pepperoni and meat. Then the bacon hot pocket looking thing. The pizza was extremely greasy. The bacon hot pocket thing had a lot of breading to it mainly and cheese.
I wouldn’t recommend going here at least later in the evening. I had Sbarro up by Michigan. It was a gas station with a small like food court of different restaurants in it. It was good customer service and really good pizza. Plenty of foods to choose from. That location I would recommend. I call it gas station pizza and it was so good. That I would recommend.

I’m sad to say that our food today tasted nothing like Sbarro Pizza. The marinara sauce was COMPLETELY different. It was always my favorite and I order extra every time. This tasted like it was from a can. The cheese sauce is also completely different. There were also no salads, pasta salad or cheesecake slices. Sadly, it is obvious that the restaurant is struggling. I’m so sorry for that but you can’t pass that off as standard Sbarro quality to paying customers guys. This was sad and disappointing.

Such a disappointing decline. Four people working behind the counter, one young lady was making crust and three young men that were so engrossed in conversation we waited approximately three minutes before interrupting in order to be served. Every trashcan was overflowing, and every table was filthy.
Not the place it used to be. Probably the next place on the food court to close.

I’m a big fan of this Sbarro over the many years that I have been going to the mall, and I always look forward to getting their baked ziti. Sadly, this visit they were out, so I chose spaghetti as an alternate and wasn’t impressed (the sauce was mostly water and flavorless) and should have gotten a pizza.
But the few things that irked me more were the seemingly lack of care by the tenant in the maintenance of the facility. The pop machine was down, their menu was harder to read than it used to be, the trash cans were full, and the staff appeared overworked and were confusing orders. Something definitely needs to change in the overall management of this location.

Surprised at some of the reviews I’ve read for this place as I had a great experience. I ordered the baked Ziti and the gentleman made sure to give me a very generous portion. It was very good and I didn’t feel rushed at all and he also made sure to thank me for my business.
