Did carry out on a Saturday evening at around 6:30pm. Was quoted 15 minutes and I arrived to a pleasant smelling shop and a kind woman behind the register. The pizza smelled so good on the drive home, that I was really looking forward to cracking that box open on the drive home and cutting myself a slice. I was not disappointed! The pizza with the garlic herb crust was delicious, the wings were flavorful and the lemonade tasted fresh made! It’s definitely a good pizza choice if you’re in the area!

Purchased a large order from Bucks tonight and everything was excellent. Got pizza and fried chicken….baked beans….cole slaw and all of it was great! What other place can do pizza and fried chicken to perfection. If you are reading this and havent tried Bucks yet…..I highly recommend you do. Great food….great customer service….great location! I recommend Bucks to all!!!!

We were staying at hotel and Buck’s Pizza was recommended for delivery by the front desk. We called to order a large pizza and salad at 6:52 pm. They told us it would be an hour or less. I had to call back 3 more times because we were waiting so long. They kept apologizing as they had received a large order and were running behind. Apparently the hospital had placed a large order and we were pushed aside. They never once gave us the correct time. We didn’t receive our food until 9:35pm. It was barely warm. The pizza and salad were tasty once we warmed the pizza in the hotel microwave. I would definitely never recommend getting delivery from Bucks.

I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and received a Hawaiian pizza instead. Errors happen, but how this was handled was unbelievable. When I called the store, I was told I had to speak with the boss and was left waiting for about 15 minutes before finally getting through.
Once on the phone, I spent another 10 minutes being spoken to rudely and disrespectfully, only to be told they would not correct the mistake or replace the pizza. I was even told I should “just leave a bad review” instead of them fixing their own error. Extremely disappointing customer service, won’t be ordering again.

First time ordering Bucks pizza. I could tell they were busy because I was having trouble wording online and called. The young lady that answered helped me through the issue I was having with the phone ringing over and over again. I appreciate her patience and professionalism. I know it was frustrating. The delivery did take about an hour and half, but the pizza was hot and fresh along with my cheese bread. I will definitely order again.

Everything was made properly well seasoned and you can’t go wrong with that Mac and cheese. The employees were respectful, and one of them read me off my whole order before paying. Today I just wanted a salad but there known for there pizzas even the dessert pizza there’s a lot more options on the menu then most places.

More like a 3.5. Customer service was great. Delivery came at the expected time. Cinnamon stix – SO GOOD!
Sausage pizza – not that great. Too much dough, not enough cheese, sausage was not high quality. Maybe I’ll order another flavor next time.
