So our group decided to stop at this location for lunch. We waited in line to use the kiosk only to have to stand in another line to pay since some had cash. Since there’s no one manning the register, we waited as the workers looked at us rather than come and help us. The food is the same as anywhere else but an item was missing which never arrived. Someone eventually went and asked for their missing item. There is no real interaction even when they come and drop off your food. I’ve also noticed that the self help McDonalds that I’ve visited have a 30 minute loitering sign and their eating area is small so they’re not looking for you to stick around and chatting with others. Not my tire of place so wouldn’t choose to visit if I were looking to enjoy my meal.

I have been coming here for years and giving the benefit of the doubt but this location constantly forgets items and has you wait in the parking area when going through the drive through. What motivated this review was one of the employees hit my vehicle with the tray they use to deliver food out to the vehicles in the parking lot. No more.

Constantly slow with my order. Every single time I order in the drive through they make me park to the side so they can finish the food, despite the order being a simple breakfast combo. I only order through the app ahead of time. Gigantic waste of time and makes me late going back to work.

Here’s what a five star McDonald’s delivers. Fries retaining their rightful potatoish flavor, overflowing in the box. Ketchup dispensed from a well-maintained pump-action tap. Burger customization done right, all stacked up and wrapped in symmetrical harmony. Unobtrusive air con. A web order completed with cheerful alacrity. A semi-shaded outdoor patio with manicured hedges and ample seating. If you consider McDonald’s the height of civilization wrt eating then when it all comes together as it did here today on a sunny weekend afternoon with time to digest, both mentally and physically, it can be a religious experience. Thanks for a lovely late lunch for $6
