Not Just Donuts is a family business that offers much more than donuts. We have daily fresh baked bagels and croissant breakfast sandwiches. There are other hot breakfast items, such as sausage gravy and biscuits, breakfast burritos, etc. Our coffee is OURS! It is roasted specifically to the “Not Just Donuts” blend. The donuts are hand cut made fresh every morning. We always have the standard, glazed, chocolate glazed sprinkles, jellies, etc. There are lots of gourmet donut choices as well. We like to change things up. We strive to make new and amazing flavors sensations regularly. Apple fritters and cinnamon rolls are amazing as well as muffins, cronuts and so much more. Everything is made fresh daily.

Stopped by for breakfast sandwiches but couldn’t resist the donuts. My mom has brought donuts home before, but this was our first time coming in ourselves and we’re so glad we did. We ordered a bagel sandwich and an iced latte, and everything was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the egg and cheese were, and the iced latte was perfectly made.
It’s more of a grab and go spot, but there are two small tables inside, and it’s right in the heart of downtown Franklin with benches and gazebos outside to enjoy breakfast. Staff were also very friendly! Plus, the festive donuts are so cute. We will definitely be back. ☕️

Not Just Donuts is hands down one of my favorite spots in Franklin. From the moment you walk in, the environment is welcoming, cozy, and full of genuinely friendly people — the staff truly makes you feel right at home.
The food is incredible. The croissants are AMAZING, the cinnamon rolls and fritters are absolute must-tries, and the donut selection is always on point. They have the classic favorites like glazed and traditional donuts, but what really sets them apart are the rotating specialty flavors. Each week there’s something new and fun — banana split, peach cobbler, lemon blueberry, and so many more. You can tell everything is made fresh and with care.
They’re also not just about donuts — their breakfast options are fantastic too. The breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and biscuits and gravy are filling, flavorful, and perfect if you’re looking for something savory.
And the coffee? Easily the best in town — and it’s their own coffee, which makes it even better. Smooth, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with anything on the menu.
If you’re looking for great food, great coffee, and an even better atmosphere, this place is a local gem. Highly recommend stopping in — once you do, you’ll keep coming back.

This is THE best little shop. I saw it on the recommendation list for our AirBnB and had to check it out. Out of our 5 day stay we went 3 times. And the first two days were because our timing was off and they were closed.
The breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING. Fresh bagels, Fresh Beautiful Donuts, and Great Coffee!!! This place will be one of the special reasons I will return to stay in Franklin again. The owner is genuinely kind and friendly and very welcoming. Thank you!!

We love Not Just Donuts!! Get there early for first dibs on all the amazing flavors. You can’t go wrong! My favorite is the Salted Caramel, but the kids love the Oreo, Hot Chocolate, Fruity Pebbles, Blueberry Lemon…. There’s just too many great options to list. And the staff is great 5stars!

Awesome place. Staff was very friendly. Passing through Franklin, from Augusta, Ga. We stopped in for a doughnut and some coffee. The coconut custard was out of this world! Very generous with the custard and coconut. My boyfriend had the Beveria cream and it was just as good. We got apple fritters and another coconut custard to go.

Best little bakery you can ever set foot into. Everyone’s so so friendly, the donuts are fresh and handmade every morning, a d the hot breakfast is made to order. Have your pick of gourmet donuts for a reasonable price, a freshly toasted bagel with toppings of your choice, real sausage gravy, or a breakfast burrito. They also have their own unique blend of coffee, only available in store. Espresso is good and strong, perfect for lattes, cappuccinos, or anything else. This place is absokutly worth driving a bit out of the way for good food and friends you never thought you’d find.

It’s my first time at Not Just Donuts!! And the service was amazing and fast very efficient the range of donut flavors is astronomical there’s so many flavors more so than you would see other places they also offer breakfast sandwiches on croissants and bagels and they have everything croissants I got the bacon egg cheese everything bagel and a half dozen donuts they’re flavors are amazing I highly recommend this place

Not just donuts! is a gem amongst downtown Franklin shops! The owners and staff are always friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks in the door, adding to the small town charm. Their lattes are exquisite, with many original combinations of flavors so that you can literally order a different flavor every day of the month. They also offer breakfast items such as sandwiches and burritos, but the stars of the show are of course, the donuts! Try to arrive early to get one freshly made ( I highly recommend the apple fritter) and you will never buy a donut anywhere else.
