Great food! Friendly employees. Not a lot of inside seating. Smaller than I originally thought. Everything was fresh. It stayed busy the entire time we were there. . . About 2 hours. Will definitely go back again.

**Update**

We have been back multiple times and the food is always DELICIOUS & the staff are always very friendly. I had to swing by yesterday & grab some pastries, because they are sooooo good!!!

Absolutely DELICIOUS! I got the Guava Pastry & a Pastelito Preparado and my husband got the MOJO Pesto Turkey. The pastry just came out of the oven & was sooo good that I immediately went & ordered 4 more to go. We also enjoyed their drinks. The LA Nani was perfect for me & my husband said it was the best Americano he has had.
The staff were so friendly. My husband & son have been here before, but this was my first time & we will defintely be back again soon.

The owner was so nice and inviting he gave us free coffee and black beans . It was funny my fiancé was like $55 ?? I hope it’s worth the price and let me tell you he ate those words!!! Customer service is something I’ve never experienced I’m in love

This is a great little Cuban restaurant. We tried a number of breakfast foods and coffee. The pastries were solid. The Tostada Dulce was great. The Mezclado Sandwich was solid. In all, we’re looking forward to going back and trying different items. Note: You have to place your order at the register and good came out as it was ready.

I drove all the way up to Jax from SWFL and let me tell you- place is authentic!! Very friendly staff and atmosphere, everyone who works here puts a lot of care into what they do. I can say for sure I had the best tres leches and cafecito in NE Florida, and the Elena Ruth sandwich was excellent.

The food in this bistro has a lot of heart, and you sure can taste it! I will absolutely be back to try everything on this unique menu. Highly suggest treating yourself here and supporting this place. Muchas gracias por la comida

I wanted to like this place, but was honestly pretty disappointed. Went to grab lunch with my dad. He got the 904 sandwich, I got the 1928 salad. He also got a guava pastry, I got the guava and cheese pastry with the café bombón.

The pastries were okay, but not great. My guava and cheese had no cheese. I even double-checked my dad’s to see if we accidentally swapped them, but his didn’t have cheese either.

My dad said the sandwich was quite bland. He said he could have gotten something better at Subway.

My salad was quite basic with a somewhat decent portion of tuna salad. But the tuna salad was not flavorful, at all. The croquetas were okay, but I wasn’t super impressed. On top of that, the lettuce was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a pretty decent size of dirt on one of the leaves.

The café bombón was pretty good, but that is really the only positive I have to share.

The table we sat at didn’t appear very clean. There were some residual crumbs from the previous diner.

For the amount of money I spent, I was expecting so much more. Was quite disappointed and doubt I will return.

Nice spot for authentic Cuban food. I loved the salad with the ham croquettes. Great flavor and freshness. The atmosphere inside is too loud for conversation. The service was great. Order at the counter and they will bring it to you.

Super nice staff and great food. Thank you for the hospitality this morning – been missing Cuban cuisine. Sorry I had a Fat Girl flare up before I could take a pic of the guava and cheese delicacy. lol
