The food here was tasty overall. The standouts were definitely the Mac and cheese burger and the cheesecake, but all the food was great.
The service was a slow initially but our eventual server was great
We were a bit sticker shocked by the prices. The impression we got from the casual vibes didn’t align but it wasn’t outrageous, just maybe 10-20% higher than what we expected.
Overall, a solid restaurant with good food.

I wanted to try the all you can eat brunch to see what all the buzz was about.
Overall, it was nothing amazing but solid as a budget friendly option for travelers.
A small selection of items that you can order 2 plates at a time. The only protein available is just eggs and pulled pork, so not much variety.
We enjoyed ourselves but definitely a one time thing for me.

I went here with a group of friends and family and had a terrible experience with the brunch buffet. 1. I said I’m allergic to dairy. When I got my plate there was no cheese but there was sour cream on it. 2. We were there for maybe 3 hours because it took our waitress 30 minutes to come back to the table due to how understaffed it was. So I couldn’t even complain about the sour cream let alone ask for it to be remade. 3. I ordered a Mountain Dew and it came after I finished my meal right before we got our check. Still had to pay 7 dollars for it though. 4. We asked the bar for boxes because our waitress was too busy and the bar said “we can’t give you a box I have to tell your server” and refused to give us boxes. What? We asked the bar because the server was busy so that made no sense. 5. The food was honestly terrible. No flavor and dry. Surprising for a restaurant that advertises their brunch buffet. To be fair my mom got something off the regular menu and it was still bland and dry. 6. My friend never got one of the things he ordered but was charged for it and it took forever to pay for our bill because of previously stated reasons. Now, I loved our waitress and do not think any of this was necessarily her fault. She was very nice, professional, and was running around busy the whole time. I blame the complete lack of staffing. There was only two servers for the entire patio area and one of those servers was standing in the corner the whole time. I thought he was a manager. I’m unsure if he was just not being sat or was not doing his job. The amount of tables our waitress had was unacceptable. I will not be back and I would not recommend.

This was everything we wanted it to be!!!!! The food was perfect, atmosphere unique and welcoming and service (provided by Alec) friendly and helpful. We went halfsies with the Kobe burger and pulled pork. Both great! FYI the pulled pork you will need a fork. Everything down to the 3 different fries in the basket showed the love of food and bold flavors you would expect if you have been watching any of Guy’s shows over the last several years.

We came here to watch the super bowl, we bought tickets as part of a special package that included a food credit, and we had a great time! They had a nice setup with lots of screens, the food and drink were great, and the service was excellent. The famous trash can nachos were a lot of fun, delicious, and really filling! We had been planning to order more food, but couldn’t do it! I would like to come back here to try other things. Yes, I know the place is gimmicky, but it also is a lot of fun, and the food is tasty, solid sports bar food.

I was excited to try this AYCE weekday brunch and I was pretty disappointed. When I went in November 2025 the price had just increased from $19.99 to $24.99. I was bummed about that and when I asked the waiter about the change he said, “Yeah! That’s great! It should be $30!” Um, ok? I started with the BBQ Chopped Salad and it was the first time I ever had to add salt and pepper to salad in my life. It was totally bland except for some sweetness from the BBQ sauce. I then moved on to the Mac and Cheese and it was flavorless and also lacked salt. I was beginning to see a pattern. Next I tried the Guy’s Motley Que pulled pork slider. Guess what? It was bland except for the sweet BBQ sauce, although the fries were tasty. I decided to switch to something sweet for my last dish hoping it would have some flavor. I got the peanut butter, bacon and banana waffle and it was the best part of the meal (which sadly isn’t saying much). Overall, I was kind of shocked that the “Mayor of Flavortown” had a restaurant that served such bland and flavorless food.

Over hyped, poor service, and food was not worth the wait. We had a reservations & the schedule may have been packed but the restaurant was not due to pending reservation and staff was more than sufficient. We had a reservation and when we were seated we waited 15 minutes for staff to even acknowledge us and bring water. When water arrived we were served in to-go cups, when everyone most around us had glass, are you kidding me a restaurant in Vegas doesn’t have enough glasses to serve every table. After waiting 15 minutes for water we waited another 15 minutes to order food (30 minutes into our reservation), we finally are able to order and its another 48 minutes for our food to arrive ( 1 hour & 18 minutes into our reservation). Now if the food was worth the wait I might get it, but it definitely was not they break up what is an equivalent to a Dennys Grand Slam into 2 plate so its considered 2 order (seems like a tactic to minimize the all you all can eat). We added bottomless Mimosa and we had to track the waitess down every time or it would be pay for bottomless but get 1 drink for the price of bottomless (seemed like another tacticto minimize bottomless drinks). The final straw was I ordered what I considered my 2nd request (biscuits & gray) but Guy Fieri’s all you can eat restaurant counts as 3rd because they break up french toast (which literally is 1 piece cut into 2 and eggs, 1 sausage, 1 bacon and potatoes into 2 the equivalent to a grand slam) I waited another 24 minutes and when I finally received my request it was cold! At this point I asked for a manager to advise of my dissatisfaction and the manager did not have the decency to come and hear my concerns to hear what they could do to ensure this doesn’t happen to any other customers. Instead the manager just gave us 25% discount to go away. This was what my wifey and I decided to try for brunch on our anniversary due to all they hype for brunch & it was a failure. This is my 2nd negative experience at a Guy Fieri restaurant seems to be a pattern overhyped, cheap food, and extremely poor service. We tried to give Guy Fieri’s a 2nd chance, after all its Vegas it has to be better right? Two Thumbs down for a 2nd time on Guy Fieri’s restaurants the one in Arizona sucks & the one in Vegas sucks! High recommended you dont waste your money or time!

Let me take this one at a time. I finally made it to one of Guy’s spots. The first thing I think of is meeting him at Stagecoach a few years ago and the first thing he did was make me something to eat. We went today for the all you can eat Brunch.
Motley Que Chilaquiles : Tortilla Chips tossed with salsa roja, fire roasted Jalapeños, crumbled cotija cheese, pulled pork, avocado and a sunny side up egg. I enjoyed these. They had a good flavor and the chips weren’t all soggy which I appreciated.
Guys Mac and Cheese: macaroni pasta, four cheese sauce SMC (Super Melty Cheese) topped with crispy onion straws. The mac and cheese is a smaller size which was appreciated since there was so much I wanted to try. Add some jalapeños and thank me later.
Big Bite Breakfast Burrito: scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, wrapped in a cheese quesadilla with pico de gallo, salsa roja and country potatoes. This wasn’t worth the upgrade. The burrito was just okay and the salsa didn’t have any heat to it at all.
Motley que pulled pork slider : pulled pork smothered in guys bourbon brown sugar bbq sauce, stacked with citrus slaw, pickle chips, aged cheddar cheese plus donkey sauce on a pretzel bun. Now this was good however the sandwich was overshadowed by the fries that came with it. They were absolutely perfect.
Guys Peanut butter bacon + banana waffle : Belgium waffles, stacked with candied bacon, sliced bananas, creamy peanut butter + bacon maple syrup. I LOVED THIS! This was amazing on so many levels.
Southern Style Biscuits and gravy : Buttermilk biscuit, country style gravy topped with bacon crumbles. The gravy had a good flavor and I loved the jalapeños. I wish the biscuit was cut in half and that the gravy was layered to help it absorb more of the gravy.
Now our server was incredibly friendly and was never far when we needed her. Great service is alive and well here.

Had to try it….BRUNCH BUFFET
Food 2/5: The quality of the food is really questionable. Everything was under season, over-easy eggs weren’t properly cooked. Bacon looks and tastes like continental hotel bacon. Mac cheese had no flavour. And the avocado toast looks like it was made by a 12 year old. Chicken and waffles weren’t worth the hype.
Service 1/5: For a restaurant to promote their brunch buffet and have the service be terrible is very concerning. We waited atleast 40 mins for our first set of dishes to come out. Drinks weren’t refilled in a timely manner. Just disappointing.
Atmosphere 2/5: Nothing special about their decor.
Overall 1.5/5: As much as it was a good deal it’s just not worth it. Waiting for 40 mins on every single dish is just not right. We didn’t like the original dishes so we upgraded hoping that the upgraded dishes would be better. We were wrkng. We spent a good 1.5 at the restaurant for food that was sub par. We literally left the place hungry and underwhelmed. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I came in with high expectations since the burger is their signature dish and it carries the “Guy’s award-winning burger” label. Reality check: completely overrated.
The burger is excessively greasy, heavy, and lacking real flavor. The mac and cheese topping adds nothing; it actually feels odd and unnecessary, more about shock value than improving the dish. A lot of show, very little cooking.
The only clear positive is the service, friendly and attentive, doing its best to compensate for a dining experience that doesn’t live up to the hype or the award they proudly display.
If you’re looking for a great burger in Las Vegas, there are far better options. Here, you’re paying for fame, not quality.
