This subway used to be great, but the past few years it has gone so down hill it’s sad. Do yourself a favor and go to another sandwich shop. Meatballs were uncooked and cold, service was slow and not friendly. I have literally nothing positive to say about this store. One time they forgot my cookies and I drove back to get them and the owner argued with me even though she was the one who forgot to put them in my bag.

If you go to this location early between like 8:45 – 11 You’re gonna get a good sub even if you order it on the app. Their is a older woman who has been working mornings for over a decade here and she actually cares about making the sandwich good.

As a local resident, I am very grateful to have this subway in the Lear road shopping plaza. Unfortunately, when I normally come in is Monday through Friday during the school day (breakfast-lunch hours), and I have never had more than a neutral experience—Never a positive Experience. At this location, the full-time worker who works at that time really lacks in customer service. Her name is Mary, and she never smiles and never goes out of her way to help the customer. She does not seem to enjoy her job by the way she comports herself. She seems to be working for a paycheck rather than to make subway look good. I have been refused service on orders of multiple subs when she is too busy. I avoid this subway if I can during these hours and go to the subway, Jersey Mike’s, or Jimmy John’s in Westlake. Mary likes to nickel and dime everyone and find excuses to not be helpful. I don’t rely on this subway location for anything important during the day.

I stopped at Subway tonight on Lear Rd. in Avon Lake. The two girls working were awesome. Friendly and courteous. I was in and out. My sandwich was perfect. Personality to match! Highly recommend and the Drug Mart Plaza as well! If you are hungry and want quality quickly go see them !

Most subways you can count on a bit of quality, not this one. Hate leaving bad reviews but with flies all over the place, half the veggies looked bad even the banana peppers tasted funky. Used to be good but last 2 times have been horrible. Thought last time may have been a bad day but oooof. Nope, cmon Subway up your game.

This is the worst subway I have ever attended. I go because it’s convenient right next to my job but I order the same sandwich and every staff member makes it different and are rude not too mention in the ingredients items are constantly missing ugh … I would never recommend.

Exactamundo! Gabby made my order just the way I wanted it! Halves wrapped separately, and no lettuce and extra olives. Just got Subs in Rocky River that the person didn’t even look at the special directions. Gabby followed them to the letter. Thank you!

We visited this subway at dinner time during the week and the sandwich maker (Alex) was working alone that night. The restaurant started getting very busy and he remained super helpful, focused, patient, and even attentive to our 3 young kids. He made our complicated order perfectly! Thanks, Alex!

If there was a choice to give you 0 stars I would. I’m a delivery driver which means I drive for a living. I forgot my lunch today. I figured I would get Subway because it’s quick. I tried for 20 minutes to order a sandwich through the mobile app and it was not working properly and would not assign a location for me to pick the sandwich up. I called your store and was refused service. I was told you’re not allowed to take orders over the phone. Well here’s the thing….. your app wasn’t working so I COULDN’T PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER! I explained this and it didn’t matter! Really???? I even asked can ya help me out here??? NOPE! Very very poor customer service! Will not recommend or visit this store again.
