My wife said it tastes like school pizza that they serve children in elementary school. I think it tastes like a cheap frozen pizza from Luckys supermarket. It was terrible. It was just a cheese pizza but no flavor. I wanted sausage but they didn’t have any. I guess that was good for me though. I wondered why I never see anyone there. Don’t think it will be there for long.

The Fried Chicken Is Bomb great flavor. I personally didn’t like the Mac n Cheese but that’s my opinion because mine is Better . Also the Greens chopped up like it’s from Can, but that’s just me. The Cornbread is Sweet Like Jiffy cornbread. I can’t even remember anything else I bought because the Chicken was so good I probably didn’t like it so I can’t remember it anyway. Yeah but that Chicken!!! Yeah she got Bars on that Chicken!!

This is a small strip mall pizza joint that is probably best suited for take-out but there are a few tables if you want to eat in. I had the meat-e-or pizza and it was really good. The sauce is tasty, not too sweet. The service was friendly and fantastic. I would definitely visit Straw Hat again next time I’m in the area.

Decently good pizza but I felt a little undercooked. my 1st call they hung up on me, I called them back and took them to task for it and the man stayed on the phone with me until I finished on my online order. Pizza had plenty of toppings. But was better after it came out of my air fryer for a few minutes. The pizza arrived in a reasonable time.

The only great thing about this place is the pizza, great food for their price. I would avoid the wings and ESPECIALLY the mozzarella sticks; they’re absolutely flavorless and you better make sure that the marinara sauce is inside to try to compensate for it’s lack of taste. Their wings were mediocre being tiny and no flavor, so be sure to drench it down with your favorite sauce and ranch to make up for these whack wings.
Overall, stick to the pizza, I wouldn’t risk trying out the appetizers they have, and once again, never get the mozzarella sticks

Very disappointed in the treatment by staff. I ordered through door dash for a pickup and after receiving confirmation of the order as well a text saying that my food was ready, I drove 30mins just to be told that my order is cancelled. I showed the messages and was told to contact door dash to get a refund & since it’s 2am (at the time of the conversation) their closed and theirs nothing they can do. When I called door dash not only did they tell me that my order was NOT cancelled but still showed in progress & if I cancel it I won’t get a refund. At this point I’m upset & past hungry as well as embarrassed as dashers are on actively picking up orders (even one that was placed after mine). When speaking to a representative from door dash she attempted to call them twice so she can verify I’m not the one cancelling the order and finally spoke to someone on my phone because they was not answering. This was the worst I’ve EVER been treated by a restaurant and I will NEVER recommend or patronize there with the type of staff they have running that establishment. Completely shameful
