Ok so I dont normally come on here but, when I have it said to me like 5 times no sauce on the burger like I ordered I would expect ya know the order to be followed. Nope there was sauce on the burger. This is the last time I’ll be back and I just want to know is it ao hard to just follow your slogan?

Both times I’ve gone here my order has been wrong. Went for breakfast this morning and the hash browns were disgusting and so dry i didn’t even eat them, And my sandwich was also dry and squished.. They really don’t care or take any pride in their work. Avoid this location, although most all BK’s are disappointing now a days.

First of all, the order was wrong. When I went up to get the right burger the one we ordered was sitting there. The fries were way overcooked and you could taste that the oil they cooked them in was old. The fries tasted like they were dipped in some kind of bad chemical. We went up and asked for new fries and the girl brought them out and just dropped them in front of us and walked off all mad. Just as I thought they still tasted like bad chemicals. The bacon on my burger was under cooked. It has been a half hour since I ate there and I am feeling sick. No one was wearing hair nets or gloves. I can see why their rating is so low.

How did you disappoint me? Let me count the ways.
1. You didn’t give me the correct number of cups. I ordered 4 meals and you gave me 3 cups. When I asked for the 4th, you exhaled deeply and practically tossed it at me like I was a problem.
2. Your Coke freestyle machine was out of nearly everything, including every diet option.
3. You had no medium sized cup lids, so we had to risk filth falling into our cups from the dirty restaurant and couldn’t take drinks to go.
4. It was $52 for 4 meals, an oreo shake, and ciniminis.
5. The size of the Double Cheeseburgers on your menu (#5 Meal) are disgracefully small. You should be humiliated handing those to the customers.
6. When you finally completed our order, you didn’t give us the Oreo shake and then moved on to another order, acting annoyed a few moments later when you saw I was still at the counter.
7. We asked for no tomato or onion on the burgers. You made sure to point out that they didn’t come with onion or tomato like I was a fool for not knowing, and then you gave me onions on the burgers. Who is the fool now?
Fast food places think they can raise prices to be like everyone else, forgetting why people go to fast food places. All of my complaints above would have been no big deal had you not charged me $52 for the garbage experience.

Good playground and the food was fine.
The one thing that ultimately annoyed me as a mom with 3 young kids is that they put a lock code on the bathroom. I had to ask the cashier to open the door 3 different times. Too much of a hassle. I will go to other Burger Kings.

The Riverdale Road location is heavily trafficked especially on a Friday night.
PRICE – 5
We order the King Deal for $3.89 each which included two sandwiches, a drink and fries.
PRODUCT/SERVICES – 4
The burger and chicken sandwich I got were delicious, but the unfortunate thing was, I requested my sandwiches with tomatoes. They didn’t add them to the order and as a result they didn’t add them to my sandwiches. It made me sad.
POINTERS/PERKS – 5
If you’re looking for a cheap fix, the kings deal is where it’s at.
