The young man whom I believe to be the manager is one of the hardest working managers I’ve ever seen. He is not only handling the responsibility of running the restaurant but he is also polite and exemplary of what outstanding customer service should be. There is also a young lady who works morning shift and she is very polite, friendly and genuinely has a great attitude. I don’t personally know either one of these individuals but they need to know that they represent the Burger King name and business with integrity and class. It’s not always that way in fast food. They are both worthy and hard working!!

The staff is friendly. The bathroom and dining area is clean. Outside of that it’s a standard Burger King. If you are traveling it’s right off I-57. Easy on Easy off.

So slow!
There were two young men – one working the counter and the other one working the take out window. They were hustling to take and fill orders.
The people actually making the food were holding things up. I don’t know if they were purposely going slow or if they’re incapable of moving very well.
Will NOT return any more.
Went inside – noticed cars were also backed up in the drive-thru on the way out.

Ordered via app when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready …again.. The girl at the counter was going on and on about the hours she been working as she ran her fingers through her hair and then proceeded to touch food.
Received order I ordered a Whopper not a Whopper Jr like they gave me.
Seems like their burger size was cut in half since the last time I ate there.
It was about the size of a slider. I did not have time to go back and correct them for their mistake

Why does the whole place smell like weed. It was so gross that while we were in drive thru it was all in our car! Check your camera and have a real with your night shift. It’s unacceptable
