I walked in and to my surprise, I encountered a lovely young woman name Sonya. She caught me off guard, she was so nice and thoughtful. I watched her realize someone came in the store, then left as they didn’t want to wait. She went outside just to check and make sure they were okay, who does that? SONYA DOES!
Amazing customer service! I live a few minutes away and now I know where to go get this service when I’m craving pizza.

So glad to have a Little Caesars move back into the neighborhood. Placed my order online and it was hot and ready when I arrived. Who doesn’t love good, cheap pizza? Ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and wings. No complaints!

Waited for my order to just find out it couldn’t even be cut properly and find hair in the pizza went back to the location rude employee said that doesn’t know customer service said I can’t get a new pizza and my money back because I’m robbing her after they just waisted my lunch break coming back . Definitely took my money elsewhere If you ain’t going to take accountability for the hair At least wear some hair nets it would be greatly appreciated.!!!!! I got called out who I believe to be the manager, for stealing sauces in front of everyone in the store. Embarrassing in its own right. I have not been to a Little Caesars in years. I do not steal. My girlfriend told me that she had purchased two of the dipping sauces. I paid for the two dipping sauces again and when I got home realized that we had already purchased them per the electronic receipt. My fault for giving you guys another go. Will never return.

Went in today to pick up an order, I was holding my kids service dog and our order was almost done. A bald guy with a goatee cones out and starts yelling to get out with the dog.
Did nothing to confirm if it was a service dog, then called the police and said I threatened him. A kid with pink hair said I never threatened anyone so I hope they do something about the people working there.
Pink hair kid looked annoyed I don’t think he nakes enough to work with people like that.

Waited too long, they got the order wrong. 3 of our pizzas sat there for 20 minutes waiting on the 4th one then they just threw some cold overcooked pizza on top and gave it to us. Didn’t realize until we got home they didn’t give us stuffed crust like we paid for. Definitely won’t be back to this one.
