I really do hope this place succeeds, Sauk definitely needs some type of a coffee shop. The atmosphere is so cool love the new building and the decor! The food is clean whole and pretty good. Now the coffee… They could definitely improve on time and consistency. I ordered a maple latte 2 days in a row, nether tasted like maple and both took significantly longer than one would expect. If they could improve their coffee game they would definitely get more business in here. (A couple ideas… start carrying oat milk, a large board with the entire menu posted, if you are serving lattes or coffee drinks have a list of flavors/syrups.) This would be a great place to get coffee and hang out but please improve the consistency.

Stopped in for a coffee and ended up with a great cappuccino plus fresh juice, a tasty smoothie and a healthy package of mixed nuts for the road. It’s clean and there is plenty of fresh juice available in the refrigerator cases. Very clean and lots of seating available.

This is such a vibrant place to be. The menu options are always so fresh and delicious. There is something here for the whole family. The juices are made in-house regularly, and their pop-up juices are always a special treat. They have a delicious menu, and they have a gluten-free option for toast/ sandwiches. I prefer their smoothies, specifically the Morning Pick Me Up. Their staff is knowledgeable and prompt. And they always have different “specials” each week. I would absolutely recommend coming here for breakfast, lunch, or grabbing a healthy drink while meeting up with a friend.

Had the immunity drink which was great. Also enjoyed the couscous and the sunflower sprouts. The service was a bit lacking. Took a long, long time before we were even greeted which is why I chose 4 stars instead of 5. It’s an easy fix for the owners.

I like C2 juices bc they are healthy, fresh, and delicious. We (my family) also like the big bowls, bakery treats (selection varies), coffee drinks (specials), smoothies, soups, salads, and sandwiches. Service is good. It’s clean. The space is versatile and comfortable. It’s a nice place to work or bring the kids bc there’s a small toy and game section.
