I waited in line for a very long time, the person at the window asked me to pull around to a different parking spot. They brought out my food to me after about 15 minutes. They gave me two coupons for free tacos considering I had to wait so long. I asked if all of my food was there and they said yes, I started to go through the bag and then the guy brought out a second bag of food And apologized. I trusted that it was all there after seeing the 2nd bag. Once I got home I realized that I was missing a chicken chalupa supreme. Disappointing since I waited so long for my meal.

Worst mistake I made trying to get a meal here. The chicken was freezer burnt garbage. The staff forgot to give me my drink (to be fair I forgot to ask for it), I paid 20 dollars for a burrito, a taco, and some crappy chicken. Don’t be me. Get good food that will nourish you and won’t make you hate yourself.

This Taco Bell location was recently renovated and no longer has the long John’s silvers attached. This location is updated and modern looking. There are screens to order on. It’s Taco Bell, so you should know what to expect. But the brand has tried to keep the menu fresh and updated. I also use the app- it has online exclusive and easy to pick up.

They only do kiosk orders inside now? No interaction or explanation. I had to crack the case of why everyone was ignoring since my last visit. Food was meh even for Taco Bell. They fill tortillas like the protein is coming out of their paycheck, no sauce, really strange atmosphere. I’ll just roll up to the taco stand next time get some real food and customer service for the same price. 2 stars cause it’s Taco Bell and I should know better…

And the man at the register was wonderful and kind but I only had a 50$ and the server told me she couldn’t make change so I could not even get food on my lunch break. With so many other locations I recommend avoiding this one until it finds new management.

I live right by this Taco Bell and it has become a regular pit-stop after work. They are always super friendly and I can’t remember any errors over two years of patronage. Great staff, super clean inside as well.

Price-to-value is drastically disproportionate. Food quality has stayed the same but service quality is non-existent while prices have skyrocketed. For lunch dine-in service today there were no employees at the counter to take orders so we were forced to use the kiosk with a clunky user interface (not a good customer experience) while an employee played on his phone with his back to the counter the entire time. We had to flag another employee down to hand us drink cups that we ordered on the kiosk. The price paid for all of this was not worth the value received.

I ordered my food for an “eat in” experience. My food was placed in a sack, and I was informed that trays are not offered during the afternoon hours. I also experienced a problem with the Pepsi dispenser. The syrup mixture was low on one button and VERY low on the other button. When I stated that the Pepsi syrup was close to empty, the manager said it was fine. When I explained that it tasted like soda only, she said, that’s the way it was supposed to taste.
The manager was very rude in the way she dealt with me. I will never return to this location.

There was mold on the ice dispenser dripping right into the cups when you place them to fill and when an associate was informed of this she grabbed a towel and barely wiped off the dispenser where it is still very visible if you know what it is. I have worked in fast food, gas stations, and restaurants and know that these machines should be disassembled at the end of every shift to be soaked overnight and scrubbed in the morning before reassembly and clearly this is not being done here. I warned other customers as they came in. Other than that disgusting realization, the food was subpar, it was hot but none of it tasted very good and the meat was all on one side with rice on the other of my grilled cheese steak burrito. And the crunchy taco with my meal tasted horrible, I would have rather eaten dog food. No, I didn’t ask for my money back, I was starving and on my lunch break, but I will NOT return.
