Another stop for a beverage while at the MN State Fair is The Hideaway Speakeasy upstairs in the grandstand building. A couple of favorites from 2023 included the Flirty Fruity Bubbles and the Dirty Shirley. However, we missed the Cotton Candy IPA!

We tried the sidecar sandwich with cognac bacon, orange marmalade.. it was absolutely amazing.

5 stars for my horseradish-loving friends. Order the bootlegger. Decent size for the price, which is almost never true at the state fair. And I had horseradish goodness in my nostrils on every bite. Well done!
