I love going there getting the smoothie bowls, but lately the açai hasn’t been the best, it’s not sweet like normal it taste what I would explain sugar free would taste like, it doesn’t taste good anymore. Did they change the kind they were or something? Also how come every time you bite into a blueberry it still has to stems on the end,it’s so annoying to have to constantly pick out stems off every one of the blueberries while eating.

The three girls in there around 130 today were busting there butts to make everyone’s orders on time and all with a smile on their face and a great positive attitude! My daughter dropped her smoothie after taking just a couple of sips and when I offered to clean up and pay for a new one they would not let me and made her a new one! They were honestly so great and I appreciated it so much!!

Today I went to get my grandson a Heavenly With Nutella he’s 2 years old & The blueberries had stems all over them. He could’ve choked. I go to this place, probably four days out of a week and this was very disappointing. This is just straight out laziness and needs to be addressed immediately

When I walked in I was hit with rancid fruit smell being covered up by chlorine. They did have a good food inspection score so I did get a smoothie. My smoothie was good.

I frequently visit planet smoothie. It depends on who’s up there making the smoothies if you get a good one or a great one. I love planet smoothie. They are great as a meal replacement. But they need to train the new employees better how to make the smoothies right.

I frequent this Planet Smoothie location A LOT and between my daughter and I, I spend quite a bit of money there. I placed an order online at 5:20 and got there at 5:30. I was not greeted nor acknowledged for a SEVERAL minutes. Everyone was cleaning as if I wasn’t standing there. After a few minutes the young lady tells me that I “can order down here”. I said that I have an online order. She walked away to the back, grabbed my order and slid it on the counter to me and still no one said anything to me. I stood there in disbelief because I’ve never experienced this at Planet Smoothie. Everyone is usually very nice. I felt unwelcomed. After standing there for a few minutes in shock, one young lady asked the other employee why “was I standing there”. I then asked if they were closed because I felt like they didn’t want me in there. She said no we close at six. I said “have a nice day” and proceeded to walk out still in disbelief because I love PS but I refuse to spend my money where I don’t feel welcomed. I guess cleaning was more important than at least acknowledging the customer. I do NOT like Smoothie King but I have no choice but to spend my money elsewhere.

After spending nearly $40 and trying to pay with a $50 bill I was told it is the owners policy not to accept any bills over $20. This is slightly ridiculous. Money is money. Do better.
