This place is the epitome of New Mexico service. I walk in and the girl immediately told me to wait then went on to talking with the other girls that work here while I waited for a good 3-5 minutes and nothing not a word from them to me. But they sure chatted it up with eachother this place is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to!

Honestly, one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Whenever I place an order through drive-through, it takes way longer than it should. They stall for time every single time I’m at the drive-through speaker and it takes even longer for me to get my order once I’m at the window and consistently with out fail. They screw something up with my drink every single time.

I am not one to leave reviews on things especially bad reviews but this Starbucks is consistently bad. 9/10 times I go here my order is wrong or just gross. If you have extra time do not go to this Starbucks. Go to the one on valley they’re much better!

The customer service is great, I would just encourage employees to look at the labels to make sure they are preparing the drinks correctly. The barrista also shared there was a rule about not filling drinks to the top, but If I customer is ordering protein and you don’t add the full amount to the drink then the customer is not getting the full protein amount, which is a huge deal for someone who is serious about meeting their macros.

I walked in and the atmosphere was top Notch definitely what I’d expect from a Starbucks.I was greeted by all the baristas which felt welcoming they were happy to be there a that definitely makes a difference. especially for how early i arrived.! the drink is amazing too it comes out great every time will continue to come !!!
