Handmade dough for all of the dishes on the spot! We ordered a few things off of the menu that were absolutely delicious. Garlic cilantro sauce was my favorite. Next time I’m in Montana I’m definitely making a point to stop here.

Food: I only tried the pabellón arepa and I wasn’t disappointed. It was filled to the top and delicious. I was happy to find a place like this in Bozeman.
Atmosphere: This is a food truck atmosphere with outdoor seating. You can sit at picnic tables there and some have umbrellas for shade.
Price: The prices here are fairly normal.
Parking: There is a parking lot available in the area where you can park at.

We ordered 1 beef empanada and 1 beef & cheese empanada and 1 arepa pabellon To-go. They were all absolutely delicious. And the sauce that came with them was amazing as well. The service was great and food was made quickly . I’d highly recommend this food truck!

Fist time going and I’m impressed. Got the beef and cheddar empanada and the arepa sifrina. Both hit the spot, was very fresh and the two side sauces were great (one a little spicy one more sweet). Both paired amazing and I’ll be going again soon to try another item!

The pabellón was a perfect lunch. It was densely packed, filled with cheese, a pile of shredded beef and a perfect complement of black beans and plantains all topped with a mix of the garlic and hot sauce.
Bozeman is lucky to have such a delicious food truck!
